    Love this new regimen due to being no repeats & don’t be deceived people; even though it’s not a repeat PJ is still working us to the core (get it, working us to the core!!!!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾😆😀

    I love that you consider fit people with osteoporosis. Would be great to have a 1 hour full body workout with weights that is osteoporosis friendly.

    Just had RUclips algorithms introduce your channel and workout above to me today. Woot woot and I will definitely be looking out for more. Thank you for being another new addition to me Fitness Journey (now 60 years young) but in action for over 35 years and in particular with workouts for 15 now.     Excellent! I always very much appreciate your workouts for those of us over 40; I am 62 and love working out but cannot do what I did when I was 20 but I still am moving!!! Also appreciate your mods for osteoporosis!!! Thank you!❤️

    I had the angel 👼 vs devil 👿 tug of war today. The devil promised me that if I skipped my workout (and who needs to workout anyway? says the Evil one👿), I’d get to the other things I wanted to do today sooner. The angel pointed out that the workout was short, strength, and total body, and that if I did it now, I would feel soooo good about myself 💕 later while I was doing the other stuff on my Get It Done list. 👼 Angel won. 🏆 I love every bit of this total body strength workout. Yum. Thanks, PJ!❤

    These no repeats go by so quick! Great total body workout! I'm another crazy "trap and release" gal myself (unless Ginko kitty finds the spiders first- he loves spider snackies LOL). It's nice of you to relocate them to water front property ;) Thanks for a great workout PJ, plus a Bella bonus!

    This was a great quick strength workout! Loved it. Also, as I got my yoga mat out at the beginning of the workout there was a very large alive spider on it! So I had a good laugh when you saw a large dead spider near yours 😂

    Thx, PJ! This was a perfect short workout today - still got my exercise in even though I wasn't feelin' it today! LOL I guess I could've watched on Over 50 Fitness but just happened to look at Patreon tonight and found it that way instead. Oh and I'm happy to hear another fellow human also doesn't kill bugs and puts them outside instead! :-)
