I’ll admit I almost kept scrolling today when I did a quick preview and saw those shrimp squats. I didn’t think my aching, arthritic knees could handle it. But, boy am I glad I gave this workout a try. It was super challenging but still kind on my knees. Thanks, PJ!
I’ve done this one a few times now and really like it! I like the format of 3-4 exercises, 3-4 sets and I use as much load as I possibly can. This was great. Moving on to the ab workout (sure to also kick my 56 year old butt!)

This one was really good! Initially, I was questioning my ability to do the shrimp squats, but I turned my yoga block to make it taller, and I was able to do them a little bit better at that point. That’s a great functional exercise! ❤

Almost did not work out due to being short on time...my daughter had a flat tire. then I found this and yeah great leg trembling workout. I do not have any dumbbells above 15lb so I used a 25 lb plate thank s 🤩PJ you always deliver!!!!

I had grabbed my 15 lb. dumbbell before we started, but I like using my kettlebells for goblet squats. Grabbed my 25 lb. for that and ended up using it for the whole workout. Feeling good! Interested to see what my muscles have to say about that choice tomorrow.😜
Used a 20 lb. dumbbell and wore my 12 lb. weighted vest, and that was definitely enough weight for me today! 3 sets, some basic, but VERY effective moves, and you've got a great lower body workout! Thanks for the burnin' buns PJ! ;)
The only HEAVY I have is a 10kg (22pound) kettlebell so I grabbed that worked a treat but yes I need to get a dumbbell this weight or heavier All in all this was a tester for me. I have noticed myself doing my workouts in barefeet I find it extremely satisfying and I have fare better grip but the down side is I'm not as fast especially when doing cardio EMOM AMRAP OR HIIT TABATA in barefeet Anyway thank you for this PJ challenge excepted and done glad I ou couldn't see me trying to get my knee to the block and back up again lol 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Cheers PJ have a great day Steph 🇮🇪

That was a good leg workout. Those shrimp squats were a challenge. I think I only did a few without touching my foot down. Thx PJ for another great workout.

Ice cream last night followed by leg day today. Yeah, I’m ok with that now and then. Now I know why some shrimp are called “jumbo shrimp.” These should be called jumbo shrimp squats. My legs are feeling pretty good now. All zingy! Thanks, PJ! ❤

Wow, another great one! My heaviest weights are 20s, but for the sumo squats I used two 15-lbs 😊 Couldn't do the shrimp squats because of my knees, but I think I did a pretty decent job at the one-legged squats, just balancing on the one leg (other foot not touching the floor). Was sweaty after this, and feeling my glutes! 🩷🔥
Great way to finish off my legs after my walk this morning! For the shrimp squats I used a slider and did reverse lunges. Am I working the same muscles?
