The mobility queen is bsckkkkkk seriously have to get back into mobility work DAY 3 COMPLETE 💯✅ Second move locked up like you wouldn't believe for years crazy all I've done and I still can't get it ....o well not ment to be just rotate as much as I can... The wall sit lying down is much easier for me because I can't keepy forearm to touch the wall at all 😮 😅 I should be ashamed 😅 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 Wishe luck making dinner lol😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 Thank you legend and Tia P.s I added the abs finisher to this my favorite Steph 🇮🇪

Loved this workout from beginning to end! I sleep on my side so my right shoulder is always in pain, but not anymore. This routine worked out all the kinks! Thank you! Will definitely be doing this one again and again!
Day 3 done! Even though it was no repeat, every muscle in my upper body is pretty much torched (especially my poor triceps)! Thanks for a great workout PJ!
Monaco 🤔 huh. I’m IN ! Why not have a plane filled with PJ group? Then we can ALL do aisle exercises and no one will be concerned/ question our sanity. Besides- including a Formula 1 race- OH YEAH!!!!! Absolutely loved this class- even though my shoulders, wrists are screaming at me now. You & Tia could also do silver, blue and gold T-shirts for this Christmas challenge. See you tomorrow. 🇨🇦🎒❤️☕️🍷‼️

Awesome as always!! The only thing I can't do very well due to an 's' curve scoliosis issue is the twisting type of the upper and lower spine, but I figured it out for myself and enjoyed the workout thoroughly. Thanks for all you do!!
You got it Paula - as you know already, be suretoo minimise your range of movement in any spinal twist! (and as I always recommend - personal advice from you physiotherapist/health team)
🤗Loved this workout! I happened to catch myself in the mirror before putting clothes on🙄and noticed my butt is pretty flat and tight. I guess that’s from 3+years (I think) of working out with PJ.
I don't know exactly what trouble you have but if it's some kind of tendonitis (tennis or golfer's, for example) there work arounds and tips. I recommend checking in with your physical therapist! Monte Carlo is a CITY in the COUNTRY of Monaco, so you are right on both counts. Fun fact: if the license plate starts with 000, it's a member of the Monaco royal family! :) I learned this on a visit to Monaco many, many, many years ago :)
