Whoa! My arms are toast. I started with my 15lb weights but had to scale back to 12 lbs. During those final stretches was I the only one with shakey arms? PJ your arms were solid.. I was in done and done mode. I think I am finally getting the full muscle memory for this hip hinge down pat. I hope to redo this workout in 3-4 mths and use 15 lb weights. I just couldn't do that many reps. Super great workout.
My arms were shaking so bad during bird dog😂😂😂😂I am always skeptical of online exercise peeps. I have been to PT for various injuries in the past(pre PJ )and I trust her bc every thing she does my trusted PT and Chiro have had me do those same prehab/rehab and strength!! How awesome that you mentioned/showed us McGill’s BIG THREE!!! My chiro uses his method for all back rehab and strength!! LOVE MCGILL!! And love that you are using his method. Just more evidence that your the real deal PJ!!!!! Thanks!!!
Day 14 done! I like AMRAP's because they seem to go by quick, and I usually get quite a few rounds in. I used my 20 lb. kettle bell and a pair of 15 lb. dumbbells and I'm definitely feeling it! Working for 5 minutes straight really gets the heart rate up :) I like the core work at the end too. I've been adding core work to the end of each workout for about a year now and my core strength has improved dramatically (and I have a lot less low back pain). Thanks for a great workout PJ!

Thanks PJ. I can use 6kg for the legs but dropped to 5-4kg for arms during first round. I used 6kg for second round and 8kg for the last round. I burnt 155kal for the past 39mins

Deadly! I know I shouldn’t skip but my schedule is revolving around my kiddo and her waterpolo tourney this weekend. 20 km ride and this wow! I Just didn’t want to do day 13 and more cardio with my ride! I’m saving day 13 for my trip to go pick up other kiddo (I have many haha) in Texas in a week! Oh my. I am a week behind on the challenge because I was sick during the actual week 2. This workout was no joke! By the bird dogs, my entire body was shaking. But I finished strong!

Thanks PJ. I keep dropping the weight of my dumdbell from 6kg to 5kg to 4kg for the first set. Can’t keep up the tempo if I won’t drop weight. I can keep 6kg for the second and third set. I burnt 141 kal for the past 41 mins
Ths was great.... I couldn't handle 15 lbers holding on to the dumbbells with no break between exercises. Switched to 12's, and it was much easier on my forearms 👍
Not a fan of AMRAP. I pushed myself to go a bit quicker than normal which resulted in bad form. It’s definitely a tough work out. Back exercises were great. Glad I did it. Thanks PJ!
Was so totally annoyed with my ole body for this workout. Have an ancient thumb joint injury so strapped my thumb to my finger for this session and had a grip strength from hell on my right dumbbell. I felt sooooo useless waving that dumbell around like a wimp 😮. But, yep, got to the end coz I'm a PJ warrior woman and am already looking forward to doing this amazing AMRAP session soon with a full grip on my weights... Go! 🏋️ ❤.
Oh my, those 15’s felt like 50’s! In my head I heard you say, “are you swinging those dumbbells?” So funny! I was swinging…then I stopped swinging and pushed through.🏋♀ 😂
Wow! I my weights were too heavy at the beginning, so my arms were pretty much done at the end of the first set! 😂 i think laundry baskets and vacuums will be too heavy today. 😂
Yesterday my daughter (11) and I were talking about me being old someday. I joked about her having to take care of me. I said it wouldn’t be too hard because I plan to keep working out as long as I can. She said, “But what are you going to do when PJ dies?” 😂
