- Why is this Maltese puppy worried? How to groom a dog if you want to see long and beautiful hair on your pet? You need to comb the coat of Maltese with a special dog spray every day so that there are no tangles.

So cute! Working on getting my maltese puppy to be calm around scissors & clippers.
Honestly there are a lot of groomers on social media platforms and you can really tell the good ones that love their jobs and are patient and good with the animals and then the not good that sound like they are bored and they hate what they do. You are so nice and so calming to watch. I learn a lot from you aswell.

Everyday
The more realistic answer: depends on how long the coat of your pup is. My yorkie gets a puppy cut but I do like to keep him shaggy. I can do 2 or 3 times a week with him. If that doesn't seem to be enough to keep your pups coat looking good, add another day.
Do u use warm waters or cold ?they look cold n shaking but obviously could b cause they are scared
We have a maltipom. It's a challenge balancing the hair type mixture. Long seems best almost like a Scottie.
Wish i could find a video with one you shaped. Texture scissors don't do it around head and eyes.

Yeah lol, Maltese dogs are very overdramatic. Whenever it’s time for mine to take a bath she acts like she’s seen a ghost 😂

They’re both the dumbest and cutest dogs, lmao. When I took mine outside in the rain she would not walk no matter what, she just anchored herself in the ground and j had to carry her around and even if she had boots and a raincoat on she still would not go

Aweuhhhhhh are by chance in British Columbia Canada because I need a good groomer but my puppy doesn’t really like to be rushed doesn’t like her paws touch/legs doesn’t like her butt touched or her tail and she doesn’t like scissors there’s a lot of things that you like I don’t know what happened in her past life. If you don’t Live in BC Canada can you be able to redirect me to someone else who might be able to? I have a Shih-tzu mix with a Jack Russell. & she’s never been groomed before. & doesn’t like getting bathed much, sadly.

Your voice is so sweet and calming but the voice over sounds very unnatural and almost like 5 minute crafts. Obvi an opinion nobody asked for but just wanted to share.
I have a Maltese and he gets a bath like every 2 months. We don't comb him never and he is just fine.
