Great shoulder stretches to combat an office desk posture :D
I enjoyed the pace of this flow very much! Some mornings I feel full of energy and prefer a challenging practice but some mornings I feel dreamy and want to carry that chill feeling through my day! This practice was a great way to feel refreshed while staying on the relaxed wave 💛

That was amazing! I love this slow flow style because you can be more mindful and focus on the postures more. Sometimes it feels a bit pressured when it’s faster, for me. This length is perfect, too. But I love all your videos! Thanks so much. ✌️💙
