  • When Detective Jennifer DiPonzio went on medical leave in June 2021, her supervisor and fellow detectives discovered that she left a mess. Mishandled evidence. Missing reports, and they learned DiPonzio didn’t properly impound or document more than 50 audio-recorded interviews. But for more than a year, police officials kept information about those evidentiary problems in-house and secret from defense attorneys and the court in dozens of murder cases, according to internal records and recordings obtained by ABC15.

Read Miranda. We never failed, but when punished for being outspoken since the PPD took and destroyed critical evidence after Don Bolles was assassinated, never stopped trying, We were stopped by our own government all the way to Washington D.C., who actually gave PPD swat military equipment to use on a full military operation on a Mesa public street to arrest a 72 year old outspoken and behind the scene citizen reporter of bad PPD cops. All but few were exonerated, when a part of the "INNER PPD POLICE" BOLLES CALLED THEM THE "GESTAPO" performing the same job as in 1936 Germany. The valley area has produced many good people trying to do something about the PPD INNER POLICE only to meet them in person and have their lives ruined and or taken. Maricopa county remains one of their best protectors. A county too big and corrupt to be divided. Miranda sums up the PPD operating manual of the PPD INNER POLICE. Beware what and who you speak to about this. If only they were as good at handling evidence as they are at lying and beating people. So she kept screwing up and they promoted her to homicide.

that’s because they have a Secret COURT Cases everywhere. often they have the the attorneys in the practice have the defendants sign a waiver as the chain of custody of evidence so that won’t be brought up so they can take exit 65 in case one and enter change it in case 2345, etc. etc. if they don’t have a chain of custody for the evidence, especially when they don’t call out the exhibits by name and she just got confused on all the fraud that’s going on in our legal system. I hope they do a complete audit on everyone because she just got mixed up on how all the evidence is being with supplied and other cases by joining during charges and defendants and if you’re not named, you’ll never know, but they have a list.

I sincerely believe that there should be no such thing as internal affairs. Situations should be investigated by an outside source.
Comprised of professionals that are not police officers.
With internal affairs, there’s just too much opportunity to sweep things under the rug. And it does happen.
