I just made a follow-up video, in which I ran 15k every day, while also doing my regular gym workouts and then at the end I tried to complete a 50k ultramarathon. If you wanna check it out here's the link: ruclips.net/video/4dUpVhaB9CI/видео.html
What size caloric deficit were you doing? I've been running for a few months now and have lost 3 pounds (1.36kg and went from 31% body fat to 27% body fat). I'd love to lose more though and get in a healthier body fat range
for majority of the time I try not to go higher than 500 calorie deficit that's good progress man, I also went from around 25% to 12% in the past 2 years, and all I can advise you to do is to take it slow, keep counting your calories, eat plenty of protein and include both cardio and resistance training into your workout regime. all the best with your weight loss journey
Very nice. I mean a lot of people can do sub 40min 10K (not me thought!), but how many can do that AND one-arm pull ups? Probably 500 times less. So that's what could make you stand out from the plethora of channels out there. I suggest you somehow make that your focus, being good at two completely different natural skills. I think most people who are into running are too obsessed with marathons and neglect other aspects of fitness. And calisthenics people neglect their cardio. Decathletes were always the best athletes out there. Those can sprint too btw, another super important natural ability that is largely ignored by the internet and is not nearly as hyped as long distance running (except for the Olympics).
Glad you noticed that, I've been doing this hybrid sort of training (calisthenics and running) for a good year now and I was thinking about implementing that into my channel more and more. And to hear from someone else that people could actually find that interesting is pretty reassuring, so thanks! And I agree, all too often people lean really hard to one type of training, while neglecting either their cardio or resistance training. I think a good balance of both can make you a well-rounded and functional athlete.
it was a half marathon event and the 10k race was starting a few minutes after the half marathon, the timer shows the general time when the event started, my net time was 39:33
@@marianarzoiu8958 I don't think it is, it says exactly what I did, I ran 10k every day for a week and then raced sub 40. I didn't say I've never ran before or anything like that

maybe you mean sub 50 min ... look the timer at the end of the video and that is not a 3:55 min/km pace

@@itsyaun well congrats then on that time! sub 40 is hell fast.

How long have you training for.?

@@itsyaun so the title is just a clickbait. 😕

Where is this? Nice views when running
Southern Poland 🇵🇱
I'm sorry for my other comment. It was a bit harsh. It's not idiotic but it is clickbait.
agreed
pro 20k a week
ofc you gonna break it your a runner look at those medals lmao
That thumbnail is so idiotic. You don't change your body composition by running 6k's for a week.
