    I just made a video with the final results one year after the surgery, if you wanna check it out here's the link:

    Very good video.
    I have just got my surgery done on the 4th of December.
    Although my chest is still inflamed a little, i am already happy with the result. Getting rid of the nipple's puffiness is a great relief.
    Now i am patiently waiting my return to the gym.
    I wish well to all my brothers who are going through the same thing, or that have gone through with it.
    Bless you all

    Can you tell your chest workout routine before gyno surgery?

    • @itsyaun
      @itsyaun  7 месяцев назад +1

      Sure, it was rather simple. I was going doing chest 2x per week and my workout always consisted of either incline bench press or flat bench press. I was usually going for a few warm up sets with light weight, then 3 heavy sets with around 70 percent of my max, and then I was dropping down with weight to kill it off. But before that I used to do a lot of calisthenics so I would say most of my chest muscle gains came from push ups only. Just a lot of push ups.

    Haha thanks for making this video and sharing your experience, i have grade 1 gyno and i really related oneverything, especially the pinching nipples to make them appear less puffy part I still do this all the time and im insecure about it, even though I have a pretty decent body. For some reason I find that i look good without a shirt on because my muscles carry my body's appearance, however the second I put on a shirt, i just look fat because my body is hidden and only my pointy tits pop out.

    • @itsyaun
      @itsyaun  Месяц назад

    Could it be because of Aromatase excess syndrome, pre pubertal gyno is a comman condition of aexs.
    Also do u feel difficulty in gaining muscule mass, and is your skin thin?
    Please answer.

    • @itsyaun
      @itsyaun  7 месяцев назад

      I cannot say I’ve had issues building muscles so far, although to be fair it was never my main goal. As for the thin skin, I’m not sure how to determine that but I feel like it’s normal. I’ve also never experienced other symptoms of AEXS such as sparse facial hair or high-pitched voice. It’s an interesting theory though, I’d probably have to get my estrogen checked to make sure 🤔

    • @itsyaun
      @itsyaun  19 дней назад

      I feel for you man, I struggled with similar issues. What I can advise for now is to keep working out consistently, eat normally and try to build muscle, definitely don’t starve yourself, it’s not worth it. Do a lot of back correction exercises, wear baggy clothes and don’t hunch your back. I know it’s easier said than done, but I wish I wasn’t hunching my back because of gyno, cause now I gotta deal with many pains. I know it’s tough but life goes on, and one day you’ll be able to get it removed and it’ll get better, but before that time comes, try not to ruin your health because of gyno.
      Best of luck man

      It depends on the country your clinic is in. My clinic is based in Poland and it was 7000 PLN which equates to roughly 1700 US dollars, but for example in US an average price is 4000 bucks.
      I like to think that Poland provides good quality procedures for gyno and at an affordable price so I chose clinic there.

    Im happy for you my man! I also have gyno since puberty and im conaidering getting surgery. Did you pay out of your own pocket or was it covered by insurance. Also, is the scarring bad?

    • @itsyaun
      @itsyaun  6 месяцев назад +1

      Thanks man! I paid out of my own pocket for that procedure, insurance doesn’t cover it in Poland as far as I know. The scarring is not bad at all, barely visible, only upon very close inspection. If someone didn’t know I had my gyno removed then they wouldn’t be able to tell. I’ll make a follow-up video soon about how it looks after a few months. Highly recommend the surgery to get it over with, good luck with your gyno and if you get the surgery then happy recovery!

    • @itsyaun
      @itsyaun  7 месяцев назад +1

      The chest feels entirely normal now. The first 3 months after the surgery my nipples and the area around them were a little less sensitive due to nerve damage, it’s very common as nerves are the last to regenerate, but even then it didn’t bother me at all and I easily got used to it. Now the feeling and sensitivity came back. I do have to warn you though, I’ve read that in some more serious cases of gyno the feeling and sensitivity might not come back fully, but from the stories I’ve read the people didn’t give a shit about that. Same for me, I was perfectly fine with a little nerve damage on my nipples, didn’t affect my day to day life.

    Do dairy products and soy has any effect on gyno ?

    • @itsyaun
      @itsyaun  7 месяцев назад

      From what I found there are some documented cases of gyno with high-intake of soy or dairy. I’m no scientist but I would assume that you’d have to eat a shitload of soy and dairy for it to affect your gyno.
