Ten co zrobił 30 jedyne co miał to wytrzymałość a i tak nie robił pełnego zakresu ćwiczenia. Najtrudniej jest właśnie zacząć wisząc na wyprostowanych łokciach oraz podciągnąć tą brodę ponad drążek.

Very good video. I have just got my surgery done on the 4th of December. Although my chest is still inflamed a little, i am already happy with the result. Getting rid of the nipple's puffiness is a great relief. Now i am patiently waiting my return to the gym. I wish well to all my brothers who are going through the same thing, or that have gone through with it. Bless you all

wake up every day and hate what i look like , i cant live like this . have had it for 3 years i cant wear normal clothes or swim and i have back pain from crunching my back . get bullied for it when someone notices it. feel insecure about it , i have a very bad gyno and will do surgery when i turn 18
rest of my body is in decent shape but my gyno is so big and my nipples are so big that it ruins everything . i starved myself to 35 kg for it to go away but it never did
I feel for you man, I struggled with similar issues. What I can advise for now is to keep working out consistently, eat normally and try to build muscle, definitely don’t starve yourself, it’s not worth it. Do a lot of back correction exercises, wear baggy clothes and don’t hunch your back. I know it’s easier said than done, but I wish I wasn’t hunching my back because of gyno, cause now I gotta deal with many pains. I know it’s tough but life goes on, and one day you’ll be able to get it removed and it’ll get better, but before that time comes, try not to ruin your health because of gyno. Best of luck man

i give it my maximum effort each set so it usually takes me 3-4 minutes to recover

Hi brother, I am speaking from Bangladesh, how much did it cost you to do this surgery. I also have gynocomastia, but there is no good treatment for it in my country.

In egypt ti cost 800$ and you can,find it least than that
Love this! Simple, clear progressions with rehab as well I'll for sure continue to work on my weighted pull ups (could do about +40% BW for now) Question for you tho, what percentage/ratio is the +50kg to your bodyweight?
thank you! my weight is 75kgs at the moment so 50kg is around 66 percent of my bodyweight i believe it was enough for me to start with one arm pull up progressions but if you get to for example 70-75% that will surely be very beneficial for you
Nice achievement bro! Just curious on assisted one arm pull-ups how many sets and reps did you do and when did you move your arm lower to provide less assistance?
so for assisted oap I was doing around 3 sets and the reps varied but it was usually between 3-5 reps, I focused more on controlling the rep and squeezing the bar really hard and I didn’t feel the need to do more than 5 reps I’d say that I was moving my arm lower once I could do 3 clean(ish) reps in a particular progression

Nice bro but i just got a few questions 1. How much pull ups do i need to do before adding weight 2.idk why but i am stuck at 2 pull ups pllssss help I do 4xmax pull ups then go to negative til failure But there is no progress
@@noobkoekies In my opinion you should be able to do 12-15 strict pull-ups before adding any weight. How long have you been stuck on 2 pull-ups? I think if you’re consistent and you go all out on pull-ups and then move on to negatives and repeat that a few times a week you should have visible progress

Start with pull-ups, as many as you can do in a set, when you can’t do more move on to negatives, you can also try assisted ones with a band. Make sure to squeeze the bar hard and put in actual effort in each rep, keep it up 2-3 times a week and you’ll be golden.

Haha thanks for making this video and sharing your experience, i have grade 1 gyno and i really related oneverything, especially the pinching nipples to make them appear less puffy part I still do this all the time and im insecure about it, even though I have a pretty decent body. For some reason I find that i look good without a shirt on because my muscles carry my body's appearance, however the second I put on a shirt, i just look fat because my body is hidden and only my pointy tits pop out.
if it doesn't bother you with the shirt off then good for you man! for other cases I'd advise trying baggy clothes

What do you do with your nipples? 😅
What size caloric deficit were you doing? I've been running for a few months now and have lost 3 pounds (1.36kg and went from 31% body fat to 27% body fat). I'd love to lose more though and get in a healthier body fat range
for majority of the time I try not to go higher than 500 calorie deficit that's good progress man, I also went from around 25% to 12% in the past 2 years, and all I can advise you to do is to take it slow, keep counting your calories, eat plenty of protein and include both cardio and resistance training into your workout regime. all the best with your weight loss journey
