      You don't need doing UV editing on high Poly model, after the baking we make UV editing at the low poly model

    I'd use cloth Sim. Also, there are upper and lower seams, plus the canvas is made out of two parts. One over the barrel and another one that connects over the barrel on to the turret. There is a plate that goes under the canvas on top of the turret that prevents the canvas cover from getting pinched by the gun.

    Technical question,It that ok, that the vertecies on the end of cloth are not merged to the main body?its like there are intersected parts and i as beginner dont know if thats ok.

      No problem from a technical aspect, it is normal (and often desired) to not have everything connected from a polygonal perspective.

      Not all parts have to be merged, this was a question I used to have too, unless you are looking to create a model to be 3D printed, in that case all the mesh must be joined but a clean topology is not needed, the remesh option is normally the way to go for that, for most of the other applications you work in separate pieces!

      Its depending on what its for. Its a no go for 3d printed models. Its alright fir renders if you dont mind hard transitions in textures. Its industry standard for game models
