Jason with this video my biggest problem is you say termites alot but really it's only eastern subterranean termites. For anyone that watches thats a big big factor because someone in Florida watching may think they have a technician that doesn't know what he is doing going in an attic to inspect. Not trying to be a problem just a major factor being the type of termite.

Aaron Brunell you make a very valid point. I'm going to go ahead and pin this comment to the top of the video. Thank you for your input I really appreciate it.
This video was totally impromptu so I had nothing written down and here we only have eastern so I wasn't thinking. Thank you for pointing it out though.

If it were closed cell spray foam could they get through it? Or it were sheet rock glued to the foundation could they get through? Appreciate it

I have done this for 45 years and I have the first video put up on youtube about termites 13 years ago.

This is a nice video!!! But a syou have advised- we can`t use Termidor inside. Thank you for this suggestion. I thought that I can dig around the house- treat soil around, and spray Termidor via special massonry holes inside of walls (in between brick veneer and drywall, and may be to do some Termidor treatment inside- doorframes, studs, all the attic timber parts... If I was wrong with that idea- what exactly you would recommend for interior treatment, please? Thank you

Alexander Chuyko this is not true because Termidor can be used under concrete and inside termite infested wood

Alexander Chuyko I will admit though to hire a professional when dealing with termites yourself though.

Jason, i found termites by a dead tree stump, can i spray the termidor right on the termites on the stump will that kill them? Thanks great vids!

Termidor will kill termites. I usually recommend trenching when you know they are coming out of the ground, treat all the soil but you may be able to spray them and they will die. I always recommend following the label

We are in S Carolina. I’d like to do the termidor ditch around the outside, but we have dogs and I just won’t do anything that might harm them. I am also thinking about spraying my crawl space and attic with a borax mixture...dogs aren’t in these areas.
Any thoughts or suggestions ? Thanks !

Termidor is okay with pets once it has soaked into the soil

Hello jason , is it possible that my neighbors’ treatment would kill off all the colonies so I don’t need to worry? I do not have any termites infestation in my house. Just want to be protected.

I would still get an inspection because more than one colony can exist in a given area
