    1)Micellar Water and cotton pad
    2) Cleanser on dry skin rinsed with wet rag
    3) Eye cream under and above and massage from inside out
    4) Glycolic Acid on lips
    5) Exfoliating acid applied to lips
    6) Retinol or occasionally expensive serum (sorry don’t know what specifics go with that product)
    7) Hyper serum
    8)Retinol under eyes
    9) Retinal cream (step above retinol)
    10) Moisturizer half a pump per face
    11) If need extra hydration use vaseline or an elegant version of vaseline as a cream ( tap face **optional* )
    Done!! Hope this helps!

    • @Utoobeh4tesfreespeech
      @Utoobeh4tesfreespeech Месяц назад

@@cherieshepherd8353people have differing opinions on this. Some doctors recommend using trent with a sandwich layering. Moisturizer, trent, another layer of moisturizer (which could be your occlusive) but others say (and I have this issue) that putting a top layer over it acts like an oven sealing it in and essentially doubling its effectiveness which can cause irritation. So I guess it may depend on one's skin?.

My skin hasn’t looked this good since I entered my 30s. What I use: eucerin skin calming lotion with water as a makeup remover. Aveeno Baby shampoo for a cleanser. Pillow talk peel (3 times a week). Clean and clear dual action moisturizer on my t zone. Major fade hyper serum. Major fade active seal. Eucerin skin calming mixed with aquaphor to seal it in.

That's the first time I've heard that your neck often can't tolerate a retinol, but that kind of explains a lot for me. I don't really have sensitive skin on my face at all -- I use prescription tretinoin every night and have never had a reaction. But I've tried using Necessaire's body retinol on my neck, and it made my neck red and inflamed. At the time, I was considering the neck part of the body, but since watching your videos, I now include it with the face.
But anyways, my neck oddly seems to be more sensitive than my face, because if I also apply the tretinoin there every night, it becomes mildly irritated. I can apply it every so often there without a reaction though. It's a shame because right now, my neck needs the most help out of my face, neck, and decolletage. I've lost a lot of weight since the start of COVID (~120 and I still have ~80 more to go), and it's destroyed my neck skin. I guess I just don't have as much collagen as I used to there, because my neck itself has gotten smaller but the stretched skin there is still a bit loose :(.

I am not a doctor but from what I have learned is that Tretinoin is the strongest of the vitamin A because it does not require conversion on the skin. RetinAl requires one step conversion. Retinol requires two step conversion.

Retinal is considered to be the strongest non prescription retinoid, adapelene not withstanding

Tretinoin is prescription strenght so yes, it is inevitably stronger than any otc options like retinal or retinol.

    Dr. Idris,
Can I use a cleanser that has glycolic acid in it daily? I have the Jan Marini one and I think that it has 12% in it. The bottle states to use it twice daily.
Also, I have bakuchiol instead of retinol. There are so many things out there with hyaluronic acid in them should I avoid them all? My sunscreen has it in there but it has other actives in there also.
    Thank you for your time

Dear doctor, Is it true that epilation reduces hair growth? How to calm the skin after epilation (red rashes)? Please make a video on it.

Beautifull!😅❤ what do ypu think about the ordinary multi peptides+ copper peptides 1% serum? I can't afford the allies of skin peptides, but want to try a good serum with copper peptides in it.😊

I am loving your vids! I have been so lost trying to understand all these products.. being g a soap and water gal most of my life... I know... maybe its too late... but now I have at least some idea.. Only thing... why oh why are your own products not available in Europe.. you have no idea how well they would sell over here in Ibiza! I think I would become rich from selling them straight from the boot of my car!! Will we ever get them this side of the water?

Can you please recommend the weekly routine with actives. I have oily, acne prone sensitive skin with sebaceous filaments and redness with dark spots. I’m using Adapalene gel every night and BHA and AHA 2 times a week on a different days. How can I add Benzoyl Peroxide and Sulfur masks to my routine?
    Should I even do that?
