I'm born and bred UK. I would say that the people that came to UK in 60s to 80s did ok. They did not sell their lands or houses to come here. Now, it is very difficult even for those that were born here. My children are very educated but have huge student loans and pay a lot of tax. The roads are crumbling, the NHS is finished. Life is becoming very tough here. On top of that, it rains ALL the time. Very depressing. My son wants to move to the middle east and I am thinking of going to Pakistan for the winters. Honestly, try to stay in Pakistan if you can. Work hard and Allah Subhanahutala will bless your life. I have cousins in Pakistan that are earning 5 to 9 lakhs per month as they have worked very hard. They have a great life.

student loans, mortgages , credit cards all interest bearing transactions are haram
      and riba is cursed
this is the reasons , inspite if everyrhing we dont have barakah and our children will bear the consequence

      In Shaa Allah
Firstly , very important thing is to purify our intention of moving out , should be for sake of Allah SWT, not just coming out from depressing country as one can end in another depressing country .. come out from mortgages / riba if you have any by either selling properties , or any other means ..,
I know it’s difficult when one has a family and we have to persuade our spouses / children / siblings / parents therefore make dua that Allah SWT give us wisdom to persuade them and give them eyes to see the REALITY of this delusional life
Allah SWT when sent Adam to this earth , He said im making you my Khalifah .. meaning the one who lives life according to God’s commandments , according to God’s laws, rules and regulations .
This applies to all the children of Adam and Eve we all were meant to be Khalifah of Our creator on this earth , but Allah warned us of our sever enemy Iblis / shaytaan that he will misguide you every step of your lives ,, this is why we should take our prophet Muhammad ﷺ life as a guide and follow his footsteps but unfortunately we started following footsteps of modern western civilisation which in itself is creation of shaytaan .
So moving away from modern western civilisation and moving on the path of our prophets is the way to success
I wish you all the best , may almighty make difficult situation easy for all especially for those who are in war zones and facing hunger / starvation and much more than we can imagine .

      U.K.
      (1) A portion of my taxes go towards military aid to is ra el
      (2) All our utility companies electricity / gas and insurance companies support is ra el
      (3) I read history and come to know that the seed of evil all around the world was planted by U.K. and it was then watered by USA and western countries.., now these seeds of evil have grown up into massive trees and to cut them down is not in our hands
      Therefore Allah almighty will intervene
Reading the stories of the previous nations that were completely destroyed by Allah SWT were the ones involved in extreme in justice / oppression and disobedience of one almighty God and U.K. is one such nation who moved away from faith and have legalised for what almighty bought punishment on the nation of Hazrat Lut (A/S) therefore I very strongly believe U.K. is one such country which almighty will destroy .. now all true believers should be leaving this country
      (4) we should not have been here at the first place unless we were involved in full time dawah work . Our religion is not set of worship but a code of life , we can’t take houses on mortgages or get involved in any sort riba , we can’t send our children’s where there is a big promotion of lgbt ideologies , we can’t pay our taxes for them to use against our own brothers / sisters .. in reality there is No Islam in U.K. or anywhere in the world .. Islam will be coming soon and I don’t think it will be U.K. or any western countries although a vast majority of true believers ( who truly love God and their prophets ) will leave west and I have already seen some Christians migrating …
      (5) we Muslims have become so materialistic that we only see success in someone having wealth and I’m done with this circle of running after wealth which is about to fall anyways just like the two gardens of a man mentioned in Surah Al kaif
      (6) Even when we see things only with materialistic lense , western economies are falling especially U.K. as it relies on food from other countries .. so in the case of full out war boarders will get closed , here wealthy people will suffer as well . If there is no bread in super market what good will be their wealth
In reality we human beings only need food and water to survive not technology/ cars / gadgets . Remeber civilisation exists before this high tech so it can exist again without it
      And the list goes on
And my long message gets deleted

What Saqib bhai is not fully explaining is that once your kids are here after they have paid millions in fees and to universities the system in the UK is cleverly designed to keep them hand to mouth. They will never or seldom be able to become home owners now as the good times are over. They will get low wage jobs despite having a degree and will be paying the Home OFFICE fees for years, paying high rents for life, will enjoy no holidays or quality of life and be taxed on everything. The system is gamed to make you subservient and begging for more shifts from your employer as zero hour contracts mean you sometimes dont know what you will be earning next week. You cannot compare to the Mirpuris who came here in 1960 as they have died and in their life time 1960-1990 many of them bought multiple homes at cheap prices like £15000 and rented them out. Now the same houses are worth £120k plus in the northern cheaper towns (not London) which means the youth or 4th generation have no worry of housing costs as the houses have passed down to them from their forefathers, new arrivals will NEVER have that luxury. These 4th generation mirpuri/kashmiri lot now dont want to come to Mirpur to see family as their grandad did as they have little connection and no attachment with Pakistan, most prefer to holiday in Cuba, Mexico, Rio or Atlanta and avoid landing in Islamabad. The window of opportunity for new comers I feel closed a good 20 years ago.

The areas which are largely mirpuri dominated are run down areas !!!. The next generation of mirpuri men do not have the same attitude towards hard work . What would you suggest me ??

    • @saheb3027
      @saheb3027 3 месяца назад

You need to check if your degree is recognised in the UK. There's a body called NARIC in the UK who will assess the equivalence of your degree. This is the first step. If your degree isn't recognised ask NARIC what you need to do to upgrade it.
You need a PGCE in your chosen subject (Maths or Physics). Then you will qualify for QTS. The rest is getting a job and work permit. There's a big demand for Maths and Physics teacher. This is much as I know of. I don't work as a teacher although I'm qualified to teach English as a Foreign language for both young and adults. Hope this helps. @ohadrazakhan6785

    • @saheb3027
      @saheb3027 3 месяца назад

For PGCE it's better if you do it in the UK. I know the cost of a PGCE here for overseas students can be high. As Maths and Physics is in great demand it will pay off in the future.
There's another method called School Centered Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) scheme run by many secondary schools. You apply to a school that run this scheme in your chosen subject. You teach and study for a PGCE as well and once you pass you get QTS. This is much harder as you are in a way thrown in the deep end to teach and study for a PGCE in 12 months. Please check if as an overseas student you can qualify for the SCITT scheme as they give a good grant to British citizens. Please don't be disheartened or discouraged. That's the best I can advise you about Teaching.

More than economic issues, there are major spiritual issues living in the West. We already have too many desperate people in Pakistan who wish to move to the West to party and be "free." Just know that a culture that allows and encourages partying and decadence will turn you into a degenerate. That is if you care about your akhirat. If you are a young married couple with small children, say goodbye to a lot of your children's Islamic ettiquettes and sensibilities, because in public school they will be pick up all the negative aspects of western culture, which are already so prevalent in young children in the West. The only way you can survive spiritually is if you make a conscious long term effort to give proper Islamic environment to your kids by living near a masjid and going there often with the kids and discussing social ills of the west and why it's better to be a devout Muslim. It's very tricky to maintain your deen for the next generations. As an adult moving, you might be fine if you are devoted to your deen, thanks to your upbringing in Pakistan, but your kids and their kids are another story. Pakistan has its issues but you have to accept the positives.

In my opinion, the main barrier stopping migrants from reaching higher positions in management or securing better jobs is their inadequate education from Pakistan, lack of practical skills, and most importantly, a mismatch between their career goals and the degrees they pursue.
If our students have strong technical abilities, study subjects that align with their career goals, and keep up with what's happening in the job market, they'll have a better chance of finding well-paying opportunities. However, I agree that many people prioritize hard work over smart strategies, often trying to leave the country by investing money and working tirelessly, which leads to many challenges and no guarantee of success elsewhere.
For those planning to move abroad, my suggestion is to recognize that other countries are more advanced in many aspects of life. Therefore, it's essential not just to pursue education for the sake of it but also to build skills, knowledge, and the right mindset to achieve your desired status.

Americans are literally a migrant nation. First from the British, then Irish, Japanese, Italians and now Chinese, Indians and Pakistanis. Lol.
The reason why America is the biggest motherfucking economy of the world + the largest military complex is that it takes the worlds best and gives them a cut throat environment to thrive.
The difference between America and us is that it allows for whoever can solve the problem to become rich. Pakistan doesn’t.
The difference between America and European countries is that European power is primarily dependent on a historic imperial hegemony that helped them to sustain a powerful empire view and sustain their competitive advantages.
The missing context of this podcast was that it didn’t talk about the real people that leave. Those that go to LSE and end up as VPs of Goldman , HSBC etc at 28. The people that end up working at Meta or founding Motive as Pakistani Americans.

You can make more money in business in pakistan than UK . Cost of living in uk is very , very high.
Before 1990 you could have one job in the family and that would be , usually the father worked, be enough but
now it is not enough because taxes are high wages are low. House prices high , everything is high here in UK .
Lots of poor people here as well .

Middle-class people in Pakistan have it really easy. They just don't know it until they leave and see how hard it is to survive in the west. Pakistanis have to work 2x harder than they're used to.

I don’t agree because you are quantifying success with money. What many people don’t realise is that people leave to increase their quality of life . Quality of life is abhorrent in Pakistan unless you are ultra rich. Whereas in the west even the cleaning lady that comes to your house will own a car, own a house etc etc. there is also a lot more empathy in people growing up in the west. Many people in Pakistan lack empathy because very little effort is put into the emotional regulation and social quotient . Every child wants to be a doctor in Pakistan but in the west your child can thrive as anything they want to be. I know people who have became sports players, artists … museum curators . Your children in Pakistan cannot thrive unless you make them a doctor or have enough capital to help them become successful businessmen. 50% of pakistans population is either depressed or suffering from undiagnosed BPD. And it’s the socalled elite class. Why ? What use is all that money you have accumulated living in Pakistan when you become mentally disturbed ?

Bhi log try to understand this one very important and brutal fact...
“To make money you don't have and don't need, you risk what you do have and do need."
And that’s foolish. It is just plain foolish.
If you risk something that is important to you for something that is unimportant to you, it just does not make any sense.
There is no reason to risk what you have and need for what you don’t have and don’t need.
It’s one of those things that’s as obvious as it is overlooked.

Idk why everyone in the comment section criticizing this man. This guy is spitting bitter facts that are hard to swallow but they’re all true. All he is trying to say that it’s not worth it staying away from your family, destroying your mental health, and living the worst just to earn some pounds and dollars.
I know how hard it is! My mother has spent her whole life alone despite having a partner as my father worked in dubai since our childhood. We spent our whole life without having our father being around us. Now my brother has also moved to dubai and have been working there for 5 years. It’s never easy being away from your family. You don’t get to cherish the little moments. You have a family but you can’t spend time with them. My fiance has moved to UK with all the hopes of getting settled there. But he’s been struggling so badly to pay his fees and visa process stuff. He’s explained everything to me that this guy has told in this podcast. Most of what this guy has said is true to great extent. If my fiance’s parents knew what he went through, they would’ve immediately called him back. No parent would like their kid to suffer this much. But the society pressure on the boy who’s moved abroad is hard to bear. They keep suffering because they fear the society and the amount spent on them moving abroad put them under huge pressure. The pressure to the extent of never getting back to their home country. It’s like do or die situation for them.
Conclusion: it’s not worth it! No matter how hard you try to justify it but it doesn’t worth your family life, it doesn’t worth your mental health, it doesn’t worth all the sufferings you go through.

First of all, no person should have to leave their family or homeland. The issue is not about the UK or anywhere else. The real issue is that pakistan has intolerant society injustice, which cause all types of problems and no body want to fix that in pakistan. Then Pakistani accepts that the other country should take care of you. That is the reason I didn't like the guest. He is just bashing the immigrant. Then Pakistani says to overseas Pakistani please, please send the money.
