After consulting and further research we've decided to list our 2017 ORV 23BKS Black Rock for $20K without the two generators, or $21K with. Price Firm. Willing to sell the F-250 as well. Seriously interested? Contact us at resetyourjourney@gmail.com
I hope you find a used ORV. We miss ours A LOT! After we finish with our Roadtrek, we'll likely return to ORV. Appreciate you following along and commenting. Wishing you all the best!
Thank you so much for commenting! Yes, there's a lot to be said for simple and agile. We've since sold our ORV and remain in limbo until we decide the "next chapter." Wishing you well!
Change is part of life no matter who or where you are and there is so much more ahead for you and your family. It’s been fun watching this adventure and truly wish you the best for your next. Adventure is out there! Enjoy
Thank you Kevin! We're so glad you're following along for the adventure. We're excited about what's to come and will continue to seek adventure. Wishing you well!
I can attest to your maintenance skills. When you find your next rig, you'll know. I wish you well in selling this rig and hope it goes to another great family who'll have loads of adventures!
Hello Glynn and Rose! Ughhh….kind of a sad development. But, it is also a great opportunity for another reset! These ORVs are awesome trailers! I know it will provide somebody as a great adventure vehicle. I really liked your photo collage of your boondocking stays! It really highlights all the adventures to be had as long as folks just reach out to do them! Selling your rig makes since to me since you are not using it currently. These mechanical things tend to break more when not used than if they were being used. The best of luck getting your home base developed too!
A van is going to be a pretty tough transition. If you find you want to go out for more than about 4 or 5 days you might regret going so small. The thing you will miss the most is storage. Its not that its less, its that its got virtually none. So taking out any kind of fishing equipment or extra camping supplies will be very awkward. The positive things, is maintenance should be a bit easier. And if you are going to get rid of the whole rig, the van may make more financial sense than just downsizing a trailer or going to a camper on that truck. But I personally swear by using a truck bed camper as the vehicle is still very usable when its not used for camping. Loading the camper on or off is no harder than setting up to go anywhere with your current rig. I would actually argue much easier. And once at the site the setup is the same as any van.
We didn't think about a truck camper, but that's a solid idea. We're not sure where we'll end up based on future revenue streams, so location and income will be the dictator. One thing is for sure, we'll still need a way to explore and have adventures. Stay well.
I have enjoyed your videos all your tips and information. Change is a good thing Those vans are wonderful but you know they are 150,000$ plus. Wishing you all the best sending positive energy 🙏🏼❤️🤙🏼
Thank you Mark. True, they are expensive, so used is the only option. We're not sure where we'll end up based on future revenue streams, so location and income will be the dictator. One thing is for sure, we'll still need a way to explore and have adventure or we'll go nuts. Wishing you well Mark.
Wishing you the best; you were able to experience a different life and now you have a change of plans, that's OK. I could not do what you did; We are weekenders and our employment allows us more time off. Until I take retirement, that's when I'll camp at my free will with no worries about work but never letting go of a home base that we can park our RV on. Our future might include a smaller home but will always be invested in dirt. And if I drop dead tomorrow, I won't miss a thing lol. I 'm still several years away from retirement. Hope you sell the TT and don't expect much; the market is getting pretty flooded with used travel trailers. RV are the worst to depreciate. So don't get hung-up on that, just let it go while you can. Sell the Yami's Inverter Gens separately. Best wishes; you two can accomplish anything. GOD BLESS.
Thank you Jesse. Yes, the whole experience can never be taken away. And being able to watch it on video going forward whenever we like is a remarkable gift (made possible by Rose). We're not done with the channel. I feel the same way about always being invested in "dirt." We need a small homebase (not in Delaware) and that transition has to be the priority now. As far as the ORV, we just want it to go to someone who will get the same fulfillment from it that we did. Wishing you well.
Think about your kids needs and wants before you go that small in a van. Sprinter van travel even on short travels can be tough with the kids. A Class C with a tow vehicle may be better.
Thank you for commenting David. We're considering all options. The driving force behind the decision will be based on which revenue stream works out for us and where we end up. It's exciting to have options! Wishing you well.

Thank you Alan. Yes, the ORV needs to be kept in operation! It's sad for us, but there will be new and different adventures to come. Stay well.

Sorry to hear what you are doing. I would think long and hard about going to a van, we couldn't do it.
Thanks Joe. A van wouldn't be to live in, but rather for short out and back trips. Wishing you well.
