that's a mistake. You shouldn't have disassembled the axle, you should also lower the axle.. you worked hard and then you didn't put a nut on the center bolt, the axle is still loose.. it's only a few flights, you'll be rescued from that again.

Normalerweise baut man eine neue Feder komplett ein und nicht vorher demontieren und die einzelnen Blätter einbauen. Auch wenn das weniger Kraft braucht. Aber die Halteschraube in der Mitte ist mit einem Drehmoment angezogen. Es funktioniert auch wenn man die Feder komplett einbaut u der Führungsbolzen muß genau in die Bohrung der Achse.
I worked it out on cement bags and the height of the trailer it was 45 tones of cement in Australia our B doubles can carry pay load of 46 tones and it has 9 axles
