Celebrities and wealthy women usually have treatments done to stay looking younger and more beautiful. Have you seen Dolly Parton? She admits she isn’t natural at all. Kathleen Turner suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and hasn’t dabbled in plastic surgery. Many people with her disease end up more disfigured than she has.
@@manofiske3318 Sorry, most like this. The effects of gravity, illness, sorrow, old age. I'm amazed at how fast fit robust men change into feeble elderly frail men. I'm female 66 and when I see a frail old man I also "see" him as the buff gym rat he once was.
Live a moderate life, no smoking, no alcohol, no CHEESE, regular moderate exercise (no extreme sports), eat organic, stay positive and busy with fun hobbies, and we age semi-well.
She is so brave. Anyone with such a physically devastating disease would had crawled under a rock forever specially in the movie business and more so after being known as a truly stunning woman. Amazing.
I love when former sex symbols, huge movie stars, get along so affectionately and walk through time together in a sweet way, meeting again and again, witnessing each other their own changing life.
I think Kathleen Turner is one of the bravest women out there. Rheumatoid Arthritis is a horrible disease.
My friend has it, she uses CBD oil to help the pain

She doesn't look bad, given all her serious health issues. Steroids make everyone bloat up and she's been on them for over 30 years. Glad to see her working again.
One of my daughters met Kathleen Turner on a NYC bus when Kathleen was in a Broadway show quite a while back. My daughter said she was gracious and lovely in her response to my daughter's words of admiration. A true legend.

I cannot express in enough words, how wonderful it is to see Kathleen Turner and Michael Douglas acting together again. Romancing The Stone was one of my favourite movies when I was a kid and I watched it dozens of times. Their acting chemistry is undeniable and their friendship is so pure. Two of my favourites. They’re both absolute legends.

Love the easy-going feeling between them;( Kominsky Method ) is so so funny, our favorite series for me and my husband.
Danny DeVito played the urologist on this brilliant series, Valerie (and did a great job, naturally!).
The War of the Roses was therapeutic for me during my divorce. I could have spent 1000’s on therapy and not progressed half as much.

Romancing the Stone and The Jewel of the Nile are among my favourite movies, and Kathleen and Michael are among my favourite actors. I love seeing them together. It's heartwarming that they're friends.
A legendary pair, their on screen chemistry was fabulous.
My parents took me to see Romancing the Stone, instant crush on Michael Douglas, loved the adventure of the story, and it's why I'll always know that Cartagena is in Colombia !!
Katherine was one of the most beautiful actresses back in the day. Now there is nothing but admiration for this strong lady who has to deal with a painful disease. Great chemistry between these two. I loved that line " I want to smash your face in"

I love this piece. As a little boy in my house we must have watched Romancing the Stone a million times on cable. And the sequel was also so amazing. We felt like we knew these characters and we loved them. So seeing them together discuss the films now, feels like I'm catching up with old friends. They are magic together, still.
They look so right together .. Beautiful people who aged but still looks like themselves....They love to laugh. ♥

I never get tired of watching War of the Roses. What a great movie, and the actors were great in it.
Turner is a very tough lady.She has been suffering from one of the most painfull diseases for more than 25 years.

Just finished watching the third season. I really missed Alan Arkin, but IMO Kathleen did a great job filling the void he left in the show.

Imagine if Michael would have had a son/daughter actor, just like he was for Kirk. What a generation of actors that would have been! Kirk passed down the wonderful genes.

Kathleen is suffering ill health, so I doubt she would be up for an action/adventure that requires high levels of activity.
@@dan_hitchman007 It would be a good idea to do a remake or a sequel with their kid though. A romantic treasure-hunting adventure is not something we've really seen too much of lately.

@@jedijones No, that'd be a terrible idea. The reason those films worked was due to Turner and Douglas' chemistry. Without that it'd be a dumb cash grab.
Kathleen was great, but so was everyone in this show. I laughed so hard when they were all watching TV and it turned out to be the movie "Diner" and a scene that Paul Reiser was in while he was in full old-folks makeup watching from the couch. Such a cute show ... but even accurate about getting older. Peeing in Morse Code! LOL

Big woman! I absolutely loved her in the Kominsky Method ... the funniest sitcom in decades and she was great, and KM was the best thing Michael Douglas has ever done. I wish it was longer or there were more seasons.
Loved to see them together again in the 3 season of KM, loved it even though more melancholic but very poetic. Great show, the KM.

War of the Roses is one of my favorite movies.
It's 2022 and I just now watched the movie Romancing the stone and it was a great film, i should have watched it back in the 80's but missed it somehow but anyways these two had great chemistry....

Kathleen and Brad Pitt are from Springfield, Missouri. She attended Missouri State with John Goodman and Tess Harper. Must be something about those Missouri Ozarks! She uttered one of my favorite movie lines ever; from "Who framed Roger Rabbit: "I'm not bad, Eddie, I'm just drawn that way."
