I absolutely LOVE this series. Amazing cast and writing. Missed Alan Arkin, but Michael Douglas is fantastic as always and, it was awesome to have Kathleen Turner on board. Wow. Wish this show could go on forever.
Also, Haley Joel Osment has been incredible as Norman's grandson. He was great as a child actor and he is still great. I hope to see him more often elsewhere.
I loved the eulogy Jane Seymours character gave Norman describing their renewed passion in their old age. Had me laughing so hard my sides hurt. My husband died five months ago, and this was the first belly laugh I have had since then. God I needed that (season 3 episode 1)
This is really a great show. I admire Michael for so many years and he played it so damn good like Alan. The whole cast is great. It´s sad that there are only 3 seasons.
I love this show! I kept passing it by...then I said, I love Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin (Wait Until Dark), scared the bageesus out of me.... I’m so happy I tuned in.....funniest, relatable and thought provoking series....🥂🥂
I just got onto this train, an WHOOO BOY this is like one of the most underrated series that I have ever had the pleasure of stumbling onto. Sandy just reminds me of Hank Moody from Californication but much older and wiser and emotionally stable. But there is so much hidden wisdom embedded into each episode and every single character is just written to be so authentic to who they are. In love with whoever greenlit this show to be a thing.
I loved, loved, loved this movie. Michael Douglas and Alan Arkin were so believable when they were razzing each other that I believed they would do it off a movie set. A really, really good movie not only for comedy but also some heartfelt moments. I just watched the last scene and I'm sad that it's over.
I didn't like the way they treated Madeline (suddenly this classy woman was a schizophrenic who wanted a baby) , Norman's daughter (forgot her name but she was doing so well in the second season and in the third she became a gold digger) and the sudden departure of Lisa. The chemistry between sandys ex wife and him made up a big deal though. This series is still better then most of the series you see on Netflix.
@@santar6946 yeah, god I LOVED the show but I feel like it had so SO much more potential and could have easily been a 7-8 season series. The chemistry with sandy and his ex was was phenomenal, I was heartbroken at the end but I won’t lie since it was only 3 seasons it felt like every other episode someone was getting cancer or dying. Really sad to watch but it opened my eyes quite a bit. Would’ve loved to see some of them not die, and kept the show going a little longer.
It is cool how the producers were good about inserting rhetoric to disenfranchise have of their conservative viewership...I guess that is the thing to do in Hollywood nowadays.
Any recommendations on which show to do next?
Grace and Frankie has a lot of funny moments between Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda's characters that remind me of The Kominsky Method.
I've heard people love that show but I never got around to watching it. Guess that's what I'll do next 😁
U gotta do it’s always sunny in Philadelphia It’s got some really good moments.
Frankie and Grace with Jane Fonda and Lil Tomlin, super funny
Misfits highschool
Only 3 seasons but what an incredible show.
The writers and casting directors did an amazing job.
All beef. No filler.
My god I’m devastated thinking how we’ll never see Alan arkin again. Rest In Peace man!
Underrated Series ❤️❤️
Fr man
VERY
Michael Douglas is still an incredible actor. Hats off to him.

Same here!
Sweet man,.....I will miss Alan Arkin, I loved his voice. Great actor with a wide range. A national treasure.
Thank you so much for posting. This show makes my day. I'm just so sad that it's coming to an end. At least we've got these clips to go back to.
No problem, it's sad seeing it come to an end 😞
A very satisfying ending it was, though!

What a great series!!
I don't remember have passed from crying to laughing so fast in 24 minutes with other series.
RIP ALAN ARKIN 🙏

I couldn't agree more 👌
Best performance by M.D., in my opinion.
There's a clip where Sandy and Norman talk about who's better at Kegel exercises. It's a car scene.
The best show ever…
But I was sad without Norman😞
fr, it felt so sudden
Yep
The Quality of show went really downhill without him.
Awesome show💖
R.I.P. Alan Arkin

😂😂 Alan is a legend since Little Miss Sunshine and Minions Rise of Gru, imagine Wild Knuckles saying this 7:16 😂 that would be funny
RIP Alan Arkin.
So many funny moments. Lines Neil Simon could only dream of.
One of the best show ever.
Alison Janney's sass!
0:34 welp, he wasn't wrong about that. RIP Alan Arkin

If you've ever had any connection to acting, theatre, or movies, you have to watch this show. You'll pee your pants and cry a bit, too.
Schrodingers Prostrate, great line
I love that old stubborn bag of bones.. oh Norman.... :(
Series 1 and 2 are superb. Series 3....meh. I miss Alan 😭

I can relate,.......I'm old,......problems with my prostate,...a bum leg,....I shuffle now. I wish I had their money, cuzz I'm old and broke.
third season felt underwhelming to me

agreed, it was a bit disappointing especially without norman 😪

@@flatsoda9994 Alan Arkin - pure gold. MD in 3rd still great but it missed the excellent, excellent AA.
The Only Men I Watch With Chris💯💞💕🔥💝💘💋
I love this show! ( except the third season I love a little less )
Yea I felt that the third season just wasn't the same without Norman (Alan Arkin)

Wow, this just tanks. I think they tried to do a Curb Your Enthusiasm meets Grumpier Old Men, and let me tell you, the failure has not gone unnoticed.
Really all of it was totally cool 😎 funny funny 😃😃😃 super cool your a great actor and actors cool cool cool funny hahHjjka
