That shark pile-up on that Dog Tooth Tuna was amazing!! I've never seen anything like that before, thanks for having the fortitude to stay in the water and film it!! I love watching the two of you dive though, Strick you get down to the level of the Doggies with breath left to line up 3 times trying to get your gun to shoot, and Fran,...well Frannie just becomes a part of the ocean it is truly magnificent to see!!! Can't wait to see where you are next time, take care you two!!

Love your content, I'm a mountain person, but love seeing how it is, harvesting from the sea. I harvest Elk and Moose to feed my family in the Mountains of Utah. 1 Elk will provide all the red meat needed for a year, a Moose for a few years, depending on size.
How big is your family that a single elk is enough for a whole year.
@@marcuslarwa9098 only 4 of us and typically a large mature elk, we eat other meats besides red meat balancing things out.

@@danblumel yea I figured that, no way one elk would last a year if you were eating it every day. That’s pretty cool you get your own meat. We don’t have big animals like that around here. I have to shoot like 8 whitetail each year for me to get that much meat.

Just a tip, when searing tuna there is no need to use oil. In fact its best to use no oil or maybe just small dot to coat the bottom of the pan. However your pan must be superrrr hot...... Happy tours!!!

I am South African that dive the southern tip of Africa regularly, so we often encounter big sharks. One thing i can tell you..i will never dive close to a feeding frenzy like that without a gun and banger. I was nearly on the desert-menu of a bunch of small sharks after a feeding frenzy like that. On a lighter note i love your idea of surrounding yourself with like-minded people.

Being in the midwest US, I really miss getting fresh seafood from the ocean. I've had the chance to live on tropical islands and even been down under five times.

Sharknado was incredible, if a good holding shot, maybe attach line from float to boat and drag the Doggie away from sharks.
Sharks in surf were Carcharhinus limbatus Blacktip shark.
I got bit by a Carcharhinus sealei, Blackspot shark taking it out of a holding tank at U of Natal, Durban. Heard of Beulah Davis Natal Sharks Board? in South Africa.
You recently showed us eels in very shallow water. This day clearly turned out great, but are you concerned when you are reaching deep under rocks??
Definitely a risk mate... We've had mates bitten pretty badly by them. We try have a bit of a look before putting our hand in.

Your shark ball was incredible to watch it really backs up that they clean up any sick fish on the reef & keep the reef ecology in tip top shape. I'm pretty pleased they didn't have a chop at your powder blue finger or Frannie's pretty toes.
