I mean look at him
Yes, Sir.
Dude the way he asks some of the questions😂 you're 100% right
Or you just associate with a lot of drug users and are overestimating how common this habit is among the general population.
@@mrgeek434 Naw you're definitely underestimating

I like how honest each person was with you and how unique their vices were.
I like how person each honest was with you and how vices their unique were.
After listening to these peoples vices and comparing them to my own, I've come to the realization that I am a terrible, terrible human being...
You need to stop your habit of meeting transgender escorts
To be fair. They are mostly college kids so they are still fresh into the world.
Props to the dude that said "work too much", that is an overlooked "vice" in today's society, unfortunately. Better than the alternatives but still
Working too much is not common. Oh pls
@@GrapeJeli don't be that guy bro...
it unfortunately comes with the territory of going into white-collar work.
Really? I would have thought laziness is a much more common vice
@@ExpertAssass1n obesity wouldn't be the norm if people worked too much. such a pathetic generation we are
lol that ending "bro you heard of this stuff that makes your hair fall out and lowers your testosterone?"
LOL everyone is different. I've never had any issues with that. Maybe take less!!??

from what I've heard its like heroin. It's an opiate and way more addictive than a lot of other substances.@@John-gu1pi
Right and then reveals his sponsor. Makes my think he made this whole video just for that
"...do you know...cherdleys?" "WHO?" has me on the floor rn
Careful with Kratom. Psyched Substance went through some addiction with it and it seemed like a bad thing for him. I personally would not mess around with it and definitely don't underestimate how hard of a drug it really is. Like you said, lesser of 2 evils - maybe, but it's not an ideal solution either.
Psyched substance is a mess in general. Dude bragged about being sober… while shooting steroids. He has a drug problem and pretends he is something more by offering “advice” that most should avoid. Even when you watch him trip with other people you can see how bad of a trip guide he is and just generally annoying and full of himself. But yeah stay the fuck away from kratom, no point to take a pseudo opioid unless you have a reall addiction that could take your life if you don’t get off.
I have much experience with kratom as well as hydrocodone due to a car accident. After dosing both several hundreds of times at least, I can tell you they are indistinguishable in effects and withdrawal (at least for me).
Its definitely not a mild opiate. You will more than likely not enjoy life without it when you don't take it after a few hours if you are dosing often. This can happen just after a day or twos use.
Remember, people trying to come off of Crystal Meth, Heroin, fentanyl, will often use kratom to significantly reduce their withdrawal symptoms to a mild to moderate level and effectively trade their addiction or use it as a stepping stone to full sobriety.
***Withdrawal from kratom (for most) is no joke***
Imo it is one of the most addictive drugs of all time for a huge reason that is is so easy to justify using. Doesn't seem too bad for you, is dirt cheap and is quite safe. Also tons of positive excuses to attach to it as well.. it helps me with xyz. But it really does hurt with ABC and the cons DO outweigh the pros, especially with time as the effect of the drug does change. Bad bad bad
I took kratom every day for five years. I’ve experienced actual opiate withdrawals, and kratom is extremely similar. So yes, be careful. I depended on it so much. (Haven’t taken it in one year)
@@davidrobertson5894u look like a teenager. When did u start opiates? When u were in the womb? Why??
Afaik Kartom is effectively a mild opiate and the withdrawals can be bad if you're taking a lot. The RUclipsr Psyched Substance made some videos about his (not so positive) experiences with the substance a while back.
My experience has been to avoid extracts at all costs! Plan leaf powder is much more manageable.
I have much experience with kratom as well as hydrocodone due to a car accident. After dosing both several hundred times at least, I can tell you they are indistinguishable as-well as withdrawal. Definitely not a mild opiate. Its for sure a moderate opiate. Hey Andrew, you're the man.
Congrats with the not drinking for six months that’s great!
Kratom did the same thing for me Andrew! Haven't had a drink in 3 years.
@@John-gu1pi yeah but then you're addicted to an opiate which is just as bad, withdrawals and everything
kratom isn't an opiate @@luciiza_2116
Definitely wouldn’t recommend getting into kratom unless you’re using it to quit drinking or some other hard drug. It’s very addictive and will kill your soul
Man, you should continue doing these street interviews. You have an authentic personality, always carrying the talk in a fun and relaxed way. I've been binging watching these videos and craving for more in this format.
lmao at the end. Dude, you're probably the first person to tell me the negative effects of the thing you're trying to sell on youtube. HAHAHA.
Andrew is not the type to deceive anyone! That's for sure.
Andrew I can't tell you how refreshing your content is. I scrolled for like 5 mins through garbage vids until seeing yours and enjoying every second. Thanks man.
happy new year Andrew, hope you kick some goals 2024!
This was a good video. I enjoyed hearing what people were like depending on the vice they had.
I found what works for me and makes me more content and relaxed is mindfulness. It takes a fair bit of practice and can be frustrating if it slips but it has improved my life. It actually helped me unearth some childhood trauma which was the main cause of my negative thought spirals. It got a lot worse before it got better and I probably should have been seeing a therapist but I got through it on my own so I can be proud of that at least. Also the more you practice mindfulness the more automatic the behavior becomes and now I'm automatically intercepting intrusive thoughts before they spiral. It's still harder when tired though so a good night sleep without phone distractions help. Good content andrew and thought provoking.
6 months!! Huge, Andrew. Huge. You are the goat always and forever. Keep fighting the good fight.
Great perspectives , would love to see diving into this more, thank you Andrew for the insightful content 🤘
2:41 had me rolling 🤣
I’m shocked how innocent everyone is
In this day and age I wouldn’t want to admit to breaking laws on camera either
29 years old here, don’t drink or smoke, never will. My “beverage of choice” is Coffee ☕️
they are college kids....damn dude. c'mon
I been addicted to kratom for years off and on. And now I’ve been back on it due to the pill extracts they sell now which are highly addictive. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re trying to use it to get off opiates
The extracts are evil!! Powder much safer imo
On a roll man. You have a good flow going
Kratom can be fun, just treat it like acid, no more than once or twice in a month
Excited for that vlog!
Dudes like a used car salesman at the end pushing kratom 😂😂😂😂
Man your RUclips is still gold. Keep it up Andrew ❤
6 months sober hit different bro, mad proud of you.
Been on kratom for a while now and the withdrawals are hell
Who even takes something called kratom
@@777Revolutionarynou2716 evidently
Kratom is ass. Never had it but I know it's for drug addicts
Are you using extracts? I avoid those at all costs. As with almost everything, you gotta respect it. Take regular tolerance breaks.
@@John-gu1pi Nah I've heard plenty of negative things about extracts with tolerance and such so i stay away.
Happy new year bro 🎉
As someone trying to quit their to lose weight, this was a really inspiring video to see. Great stuff, Andrew.
My favorite movie was Oppenheimer. Stellar cinematography and score.
Yes, great movie!
"Have you heard of Cherdleys?" "Who?" 😭😂
yo I'm excited for more vlog style content (that still has you interacting with strangers) - there's something soothing and effortlessly funny about your person interactions that has always been so enjoyable to watch.
Simple, yet so interesting.
Dude, yeah do stuff that’s good for you! Get a little bit of a Wheezy waiter vibe in here! I’m super excited for a dopamine detox video. It’s tough. I did what I called a “no tech week” a handful of times, it feels really good. I can’t wait to see what your detox video entails exactly, sounds like something I’d want to try.
I enjoyed this sir. Keep at it. Been watching u since summer of 2013.
good job andrew
OT4Y OT4Y
Nobody's heard of it, yet it's at half the gas stations, and all the vape shops.
I’m so happy to see your videos. The 3-day detox should be interesting.

"have you heard of cherdleys?" "Who?" lol. did him dirty
@3:58 Andrew got that cocaine line from spring breakers lol. I love it hahaha
Honest interview
Still watching your content since 2009 or 2010 here in Germany. Keep on! Best wishes
My favorite film of 2023 that I can remember was "The Integrity of Joseph Chambers". To offer you something you didn't ask for, my favorite series I watched in 2023 (made in 2019) was "The Virtues".
Props on the drinking cessation. Not sure if you were in a similar boat, but my sobriety date is 12-13-21 and I can only work minute by minute to extend that for the rest of my life.
Peace.
Killer interview. Can't believe you got the main character from stranger things
HES BACK. Awesome interesting video Andrew.
Good work!
Andrew you need to drop your stuff and have people pick them up again while you watch, such a hillarious prank and it would land hard in the modern day i guarantee you
Been watching for more than a decade - thank u Andrew, I grew up w u ‼️🤝
yooyo great vid LAHWF 🤙🤙🤙
This a good topic for sure
Warning: A lot of people do get very dependent on kratom and find it very difficult to stop, probably best avoided (yes it is similar to opiates)
Will you ever do more 'Chatting with...' videos? I miss those
kratom is amazing and has helped me give up other vices.
My vice is being Andrew Hales biggest fan!!!
My friend just ruined hot chocolate for me, apparently cacao has high levels of lead and cadmium from the soil it grows in. Dark chocolate too :( guess it depends on the soil though
damn, congrats on 6 months dude
I used kratom as a crutch when I quit alcohol too! Many side effects like you said, though, including gastrointestinal issues. I ended up trying to wean off of kratom with a lot of bad withdrawals so I ended up taking Suboxone and have been on that for 2 1/2 years. Currently tapering off that now.
Faaaacking legend, the oh gee, the main man, the oldest sub, the biggest spike, tmm, I haven't done drugs, ahaga what a lie, boohoo, take it big Andrew myyyyy MAN
Wow I would never have thought I would be the most experienced person with drugs in any RUclips video.
Kratom is making a return? Interesting how everyone seems to have forgotten about its existence lol.
the first one is a perfectly mentally adjusted person
Chocolate Girl is so adorable❤
nice meditation: ignore all people feelings
Kratom is actually really great harm reduction. Not bad stuff. Helped me stop drinking. It also helps a lot of people kick opiates. I honestly think normalizing it could make it an alternative to opiates that catches on but in a good way
Believe it or not, my vice is kratom as well AND it also helped me stop drinking all the time. It's a wonderful herb if you don't take too much, but most, if not all kratom users have probably been there at some point.
I get conflicted about it myself, but it helps me get through the daily grind and eases up my loneliness (regardless of how that sounds). Either way, it's infinitely better than being hungover and sluggish all the time.
I got a buddy that can't function because he's taking a bottle a day. I think it's pretty dangerous. Maybe ok to stop drinking I guess but you can't take it regularly.
Kratom is so badass, I love it. Just respect the plant and keep doses under 4 grams.
“Have you heard of Kratom?” No no no no no no no no
I’m SUPER surprised nobody mentioned porn
yeah it's like main vice for every single male on the planet rn
I like to drink… sometimes… twice a week… 🤣

@@hossbonaventure dude she isn’t sweet wdym? I guarantee she’s been ran through. It’s all an act bro don’t fall for it.
I have also been on and off Kratom for a few years now. Helped me quit weed and nicotine. I have now started to mostly use it to cure my hangovers from alcohol or from some harder drugs. crazy how indeed almost nobody knows about this stuff, at least where I'm from. it is surprisingly addictive but so is coffee, I would recommend it but not not as a habit
Kratom is not addictive at all, unless you willfully take alot every single day for like a couple weeks even then still not “addictive” you get some annoying symptoms after quitting but nothing that doesn’t go away within 24 hours. Literally impossible to get hooked on that shit, bc you also don’t even wanna be on it every single day unless you wanna feel like shit. It’s bad on your kidneys.
You’re replacing your addictions with worse addictions, nice! I’ve found personally that after started heroin all other drugs have become much less interesting!
For real! Respect the plant! I abused fast food and sugar and got fat. LOL
@@johnambrose1995 coming from somebody who has done heroin, crack, cocaine, meth, percs, tramadol. Kratom is nowhere near a hard drug lol I would classify it in the same genre as coffee
Hey man, been watching you for a while. Be careful on the Kratom, it can lower your test quiet a bit! Maybe get some blood work done if you're frequently using it and see where you're at.
Great video GOAT Daddy ;)
Mines definitely smoking with drinking, since drinking really makes me want to smoke so I’m trying to ween off of both
I'm from New England and it surprises me how different my experience was growing up. The amount of religious and drug-free college-aged kids blows my mind lol

You’ve no idea brother
my worst vice is my drinking problem- i think it is the worst thing about me but i hope to overcome it this year
Dude you interviewed Bob Dylan at 3:55. My vice is swearing I guess.
Bob Dylan Mulvaney?
Bob Dylan must of tried weed when he wrote Mr.Tambourine Man. This isn't a coincidence

Favorite movie of the years gotta be either the new TMNT or Napoleon
Sugary drinks. I wish I could cut them out completely but it just tempts me so much. I have reduced my consumption of sugar as a whole though, so that's good
These people are fucking HEALTHY!!?
I’ve taken Kratom every day for the last 5 years straight.
We're sorry to hear that
I’m addicted to Kratom. It’s so bad. I can’t go a day without taking it. I get sweaty and anxious if I don’t have it. It’s terrible. I need help getting off it. :(

I've done weed for 3 years and alcohol before as well because i felt it was necessary at the time to conform because everyone drinks in our society and weed was very popular in the peer pressure realm. Caffeine I have in varying ammounts still, but sugar is definitely my worst vice that i still have.
My friend did her thesis on Kratom!!!!
Love ya goat daddy!
Kratom is quite common in Europe. But it’s difficult with laws. Here only way How to distribute that is mark it as “painting colour supplement”
Do you know GOOD vendors and GOOD strains that don't give you withdrawals even after using it for 1 or 2 days?
How have these people not heard of Kratom?
I only heard of it because my buddy has had severe problems with it. I have several friends and its just one that have taken it. Its a weird gas station thing like Yellow Jackets.
Stephanie was born Steven, guaranteed.
