"That burning sensation is horrible".......Andrew: "Alright, sweet!"
Hahahaha I laughed at that point too. Lol
I was just about to write it lmao 🤣😂
Lmao cracking up listening to that part
I didn’t realize at first that he was interviewing people at a Christian college. I was like, damn, that’s a lot of believers. The average interview at my university probably would have gone a lot different
LMAO same. I'm like "WTF, have most Americans never heard of any religion OTHER than Christianity or any heaven other than the Christian one?!" 🤣
Oh god i was so surprised at how many americans are christians, especially at that age . That explains a lot :D
thanks for restoring my faith in humanity... i thought the same
Lmao same made much more sense. I thought damn is he back in Utah. I want to see this done again at a regular college.
@@UnStop4ble the majority of Americans are Christian and Catholic if you look at the statistics
7:25 Andrew's "alright, sweet" after such a description will never not be funny
LOL
also 9:25 "Cool, I haven't either"
I thought that girl had the best responses
So strange how easily some people are influenced and fooled my a made up story with absolutely zero evidence of any god. It’s so obviously just a human construct meant to control the masses.

Believer: “I’ve killed, tortured and raped my entire life. But I’m sorry now I guess?” - Goes to Heaven
Atheist: “I’ve spent my life helping the homeless and those in need” - Goes to Hell
Just read what the actual Bible says instead of creating hypotheticals to feed your bias.
@@superdupertroy Firstborn babies are killed for sins of 1 man? Wow, I´m in.
This idea of Heaven and Hell you're holding, are a pagan caricature.
In Christianity, in the bible, which you haven't read, Hell is this world. a materialistic state of the mind, where you can't discern you from your body, the bones, meat, skin, blood.
In Christianity, in the bible, Heaven is reason, rationality, where you understand that you are not meat. When you reach this state of mind, you see human beings not as meat, but as spirit. Human beings are not meat robots, not machines, but Gods.
It is only when you reach this state of mind, that you respect the being.
Those who are trapped in Hell, look at you as a machine. They will use you and abuse you because they do not respect you.
Unfortunately, you and billions like you, are in a mist. You think love is a chemical process.
You don't know love. You only know rut. an irresistible sexual urge. a compulsion to copulate. like a drug addiction.
You don't interact with a woman based on respect of her being, but based on your compulsion to mount her.
So many males get married only to get to that females' genitalia. Then they don't get satisfaction, no matter how much sex they get.
Heaven is satisfaction.
Helll is satiation, saturation.
Heaven is fulfilment.
Hell is filling, stuffing.
One trapped in Hell has lots of sex but zero emotional interaction. He doesn't understand that a human being is not a machine.
and so on and so forth, you'll understand one day.
@@PROVOCATEURSKkilled by whom? Oh, God? So you agree that God who killed 1st borns exists?
@@superdupertroy He's probably referring to John 11:25, " The one who believes in me will live, even though they die." The Catholic dogma of confession and the Protestant "accept Jesus Christ as your savior" play a part in his conclusion, and they may have come out of Romans 5. So yeah, the "actual Bible" does allude to the redemption of the sinner through Jesus quite heavily. If you differ, feel free to show me where it says a good man who hasn't taken Jesus as his savior will be redeemed.
Andrew really does have a talent for this kind of thing. He's respectful, doesn't try to exploit people for a laugh and is naturally funny and entertaining.
On the other hand, I'll admit his laugh kinda hard carries his content.
I like that he doesn't try to convert anyone to either side of a topic. Just listens.
Andrew's faces are pure gold, and the edit is hilarious.
Yep i know exactly what andrew feels about the interviewed persons answers
Love how genuine you are, thanks for the great content
These videos keep getting better. I'm really enjoying this series
Love these videos you have been doing, asking people their perspectives/opinions on interesting topics! Keep em coming!

I love these interviews man, great topics and good vibes :D true detective quote at the end had me rolling lol :D

Great to see you're back out there dude. Loved that smash smash smash!!!! Bitt

Praying for everyone during this Lenten season!!

The true detective reference at the end was beautiful
Now we know that if Andrew asks interview questions without making his own comments, he is probably being respectful and doesn't agree
Is being respectful to people wishing you hell a good thing?
This was a great video!
Nice work andrew
yeah fr 9:37 This girl is so sweet you can tell she has a beautiful heart.
*eye rolling* on most of these responses.
I hope it's like before we were born and we don't remember anything about nothing, but worse case scenario I wish it'll be like a never ending party that you can never get to messed up or less, just chillin right in the middle with loved one's and friends.
You will remember everything vividly, most importantly the lessons learned during your time here.
How can you believe time, space, and everything in them... just... happened?
Does anyone seriously believe that our universe, time, space, and more specifically our planet with all of its creatures... just made itself? Out of nothing? That's completely insane.
God Created Time and space, which is why he is not bound by time and space. People will say "If God created us, then who created him"
They're thinking about the issue in the wrong context. Since everything inside time and space (The only realm we've ever known) has to be created, and there's a finite amount of everything, then that's all we can imagine. We think "God must have had a creator" or "God must have started existing at some point" But both of those ideas presupose that God is inside space and time. Both of which he created.
I like to think that it's pretty clear that God would have had to create time and space, as a realm in which to create matter, and other things like humans. Hopefully all of that makes sense.
And If God does exist (I think it's pretty clear), then you have to look at what he's told us. And I believe the Bible is by far the most credible source.
"And all flesh shall know that I am the LORD" - Ezekiel 21:5
Even if you haven't been specifically told by someone about Jesus, for instance if you're on some remote island 200 years ago, living in a tribe. You still have creation all around you. Would you see a painting and think "Hmm This beautiful painting probably painted itself.. from nothing..."? No, of course you assume that there was a painter. It's exactly the same with God. Build a relationship with him. Repent. Look at the 10 commandments. Read the bible, to know his character. He is like us. Not some mean tyrant. He's got a personality too, and it's quite a loving, and just one too.
So yeah no one has an excuse to not repent, and to know that God exists. It's clear as day just from creation alone, but we've blinded ourselves to that.
How universe exist, I personally don't know, I have no idea because existence or non existence is just human concept. We never even experience something crossing between that two concept (that statement doesn't even make sense I know because we not understand), just a change of state of things, that's all we see. You can't believe that universe can exist without intelligent mind intervention to make that happen. Then how can you believe something that can make this, exist first. Won't it get more improbable the more you go into that road(within your logic), doesn't it?
Loved this video. God bless those brothers and sisters in Christ!
The reference at 10:54 is from the first season of True Detective, for anyone interested. Watch it, you'll love it
“If there is a God, He will have to beg for my forgiveness.” This is a quote etched on the wall of a concentration camp as noted by Andrew Eames, the author of Blue River, Black Sea.
That's powerful.

Personally, Caleb's answer was the most relatable to me.
I'm not gonna use fear tactics to sway anyone, I myself don't even know where I'm at religiously. But it interests me that most people who don't believe in heaven and hell when asked "What if the Christians are right" most reply "Eh I guess I'm going to hell" with no second thought or real worry. Hell is described as such a horrifyingly miserable and painful eternal place that you'd think more people would be even just a little worried about "what if they're right". I guess tbf those people just don't believe in it in the first place. It would be like if someone told me "what if zombies were real", yeah it would be scary but the simple fact is its never going to happen so I don't worry or think about it.
this vid was made for me! was really interesting; ive always been curious whether people are religious or not and their thoughts on what awaits us after death
What about you? What do you believe, and what are your reasons? No judgement, just curiosity 🤍
@@powdergate i grew up Christian but don't really follow it now. i believe theres not really anything outside of this life we have now and that we're not much different from animals, just more advanced and conscious. i guess i'd be agnostic as i don't really believe there's some judgemental god out there but i wouldnt dismiss a by no means anthropomorphic "creator" of some sort, or that maybe we are a part of a larger being that we cant even begin to comprehend, sort of the same way cells in our body are a part of us. we're not even a speck compared to the entire *known* universe so you never know. or that we are just what most scientists say, a product of the big bang. well these are just my thoughts. i dont know any truth and believe no one ever will. i just try to make the most of this life i have while i have it

Hi Andrew,
If you want there is books and videoes about people who experienced what's called "Near death experience".
I think that will help you a lot.
Watching this as a British person is baffling... in my 28 years on Earth, I could only name you maybe 5 or 10 people that I have met that REALLY believes in God in the traditional Christian sense. A vast majority of us are Christined (myself included) but it's more of just a conservative tradition/romantic thing. I definitely know a lot of people (again, myself included) who believe in *something* and may follow spiritual practices, believe in a Buddhist/Hinduist interpretation of the after life etc. but in terms of standard devout Christianity like in this video, it's pretty alien to me!
Thx
Andrew my guy, post.
I thought the same thing hell
10:54 Rust Cohle said these words (True Detective).
Studying at Belmont was an eye opener like an easy 85% of Christians have "accepted christ" out of fear instead of free will it really is sad 😔
agreed. I believe the Love of God is such a beautiful thing to be motivated within accepting Christ. There's no fear in Jesus.
To fear the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, it depends on what type of fear that is.
Future viewers will see this series as a window into the cultural landscape of the roaring 20s.

The roaring 1220's perhaps. So many Christians... The mind is fascination though. People realize it's purely fantasy but they adopt it fully. I can't blame them entirely, the existential wilderness of atheism can certainly be scary. I do hate when they start trying ban everything though, then I feel the need to grab hold of their ankles and pull them back to Earth.
This is great video Andrew, i think and i hope that once we die we move to nothingness, like where we came from before we were born.

Questions can be an answers.
Love the true detective reference
Where does the flame go when the candle is blown out? where does windows go when i turn off my computer? these are similar questions
the thing you said at the end about us people being separate from nature . What i believe is that we are only separate from God when we don't believe in the word of God and when we still walk in darkness . The truth is light that guides and aligns you , orienting you into getting on the path towards meeting God . Everybody has a purpose and a unique cross to bare in this life and if you align yourself with the truth . seek and you will find , who doesnt ask , he wont get a answer , who doesnt knock etc. God is true , and he does exist . If you still have doubts then material
things of this life , even your body is made out of materials , you cling to something , the more confortable , the more weak you are , the more weak the more scared you are and futher away from surrendering . But do not worry , time is not of essence , what matters is you seek and ask and knock , as he answer to me im sure he will answer to all his children , he is a loving God . He answered me and ever since i am at peace , and worry has left me . I have been blessed
come to SDSU!!!
Oh my gosh. Please use rubber or bamboo utensils on non stick pots and pans, Andrew!
I truly appreciate the true detective reference.
I agree with Caleb 110%
“I’m pretty sure we don’t know.” Shortest simplest answer to this question. And I love this question and love to talk about it, but sometimes I listen to these people and just wonder, why don’t you just say “I don’t know”. Most of these people had fear instilled in them since they were probably children and they simply follow blindly out of fear. Who wants to go to hell?
Making assumptions about people isn't particularlly a nice thing to do. Let me help you.
"Most of these people probably had love instilled in them since they were children and I guess they choose to follow out of love and a sense of meaning."
See, fixed. No need to be judgmental and jumping to conclusions when one does not know anything about these people.
These videos fire keep up
I expect it will be the same as it was before I was born. I think my own consciousness is a physical phenomenon that has a beginning and an end, and the physical characteristics and biological processes that make me who I am will simply not exist and will be lost forever. You only live once, better make the most of it
The fact that you got consciousness now out of all the atoms there are in the Universe is in itself miraculous, and there is an afterlife as well
@@matthewsisti4382 It miraculous to you because you're a human. However there's been billions upon billions of humans that have existed and perhaps there's more beings out there in the universe. We aren't that special.
