Awesome performance dude.
That 3rd squat hit a solid 9.5 on the Baraki exertion scale
Still setting new PR's as long as you've been training and as advanced as you've been for so long is always mighty impressive.
This guy is what you call an overachiever! Congrats Jordan!
I find it very cool that also jordan runs the templates
Looks like he took the Massenomics guys advice and embraced the power of the Chicken Bake. Truly it unlocks the best in all of us.
Great work Jordan! Slow and steady progress amongst everything else :)
Congratulations!
Finally, after so long, we get another video made of gold!
Congrats, Jordan!
Great Job!
Outstanding!
I really love the PB3 template, well done Jordan!
Kinda reminds me of the good ol’ days of Barbell Medicine.
the good ol' days?
@@icholas1527 when Feigenbaum and Baraki were posting a lot more content, lifting videos, training vlogs, showing up to competitions, etc. I don’t know, it’s probably just me.
Hell yeah dude. Good job.
Man you killed the depth on that squat too, no hairline green light there.
Congrats on the PRs Jordan!!
Well done 👍
This is very cool that you did this using your own template too!
Just incredible 🔥
There is a bunch of drama about powerbuilding on RUclips right now, so I think it’s hilarious that you just PR’d your total doing a powerbuilding program, even as an advanced lifter. Great job.
It's always NH who has some bad dogmatic takes
what's drama about? Sorry i've been out of the loop for long
@@karaoke00 Natural Hypertrophy posted a video called “powerbuilding is an abomination” and now the entire fitness community is arguing about it.
badass...strong dude...nice work
Congrats on the PR!
well done on the PR and the 9/9 mate
Wow great total, that would get you to number #9 on IPF worlds of this year 💪🏼, congrats!!!
Impresionante! Parabéns!
Good stuff 😎
633 felt heavy. Yeah I'd imagine so.
9 for 9 way too go 🎉🙌🏾💪🏾

That deadlift spotter is there just in case you pass out falling back or forward. Or just plain fall back if your grip let's out
Jordan’s been lifting for two decades, he’s well aware of the role of the spotter. His point is that the spotter really doesn’t need to be that close to perform his duty. Not only that, I’ve never seen anyone fall forward in a way that could’ve been prevented by the rear spotter in any meaningful capacity.
@@arstgkneio rewatch the video and reread my comment
Inspiring man. Any chance you will sell power building 3 on sale for Black Friday? Would love to try it, I’m a med student though so the financial care is real hahah
Where would your latest numbers rank you amongst those posted by master’s level competitors?
I didn't quite realise just how strong you are.
I don’t think you were forward at all on dead’s. That was a straight pull up. Smooth baby, smoooooooth.
I havnt kept track, does Jordan claim lifetime natty?
Congrata. But i knew you'll complain about some spotters being too close😂
I'd love to hit those numbers
Do you think you'll move up to 220 lbs in pursuit of the higher total?
i'm surprised PB III is the programming you used. I would've thought you were well beyond that programming setup given how long you've been training.
in any case, congrats on the PR. your 3rd attempt on bench only looked like RPE 9, maybe even 8.5
Jordan how many gallons of milk do you drink
fahve
What is the point of running a hypertrophy I template for you? That doesn't seem likely to have enough hypertrophy for you to grow...
Would it not be better for your motocross to increase the conditioning even further and train with the minimum volume need to maintain your muscle?
based on this video alone, i think doing whatever this motherfucker recommends is worth considering...
You have a higher total than Layne Norton. You two should go head to head. That would be fun.
We did back in 2015 and he beat me! Looking forward to battling with him and Garozzo in Master’s in a few years.
@@BarbellMedicine That must have been fun. Layne is an intense dude. You both take your lifting seriously and put the years in. Be cool to see the matchup again. I guess that was before I was following.
spotter, get outta there
That spotter got handsy eh
Austin could have repped any of that
You could have gotten 200kg in the bench.
You listen to Taylor Swift? Nice 😎. Lol.
Congratulations!
Congratulations!
