HMO Conversion Almost Complete | Week 24 Stage | EP.7 | Watch This 'Space' with Mitch and Tommy!

In this Episode, Mitch and Tommy take you through project Kilworth at the week 24 stage, just two weeks out from the completion date.
Over the last couple of weeks the project has made good progress with tiling, decorating and second fix plumbing & electrics all taking place. The guys have even fitted the kitchen in what was the 'bowling alley'!
This is the second from last update, the final video in the coming weeks will be the final video of the series.

4.9 star series, would of said 5 stars but wanted to leave some sort of margin for improvement. Hope use carry on the series for as long as possible.

Teal bedroom doors look great! You should have gone with teal architraves to match them though. Having teal doors and dark grey architraves look a bit odd...!!

Love watching your videos, thanks Mitch. Such an incredible property and sapce - you've nailed it, and genuinely considerate to the tenants. How'd you handle damp when tenants dry their clothes? I've found that to be a slow-creep problem in the bedrooms. Wondered what your thoughts were here?
