HMO Conversion Complete | Week 29 | EP.8 | Watch This 'Space' with Mitch & Tommy

So, after 7 months the work is finally finished! Mitch and Tommy have converted this run down, disused house into a beautiful eight bedroom, 10 person HMO.
For those that have watched the 'Watch This Space' series will have witnessed how to convert a Sui Generis HMO from start to finish, and I'm sure you'll agree the finish is absolutely stunning!
The last episode in the series will be released in the coming weeks and this will include all the information on the numbers... what was spent, what the house was revalued at post works, what rent is being achieved and more....

Nice, I think the teal colour doors work. Would keep it the same. Helps with branding and recognition. People might not know Spaces but when they look at pictures and see the door they know they are getting a consistent standard of product.
