Plastering Painting & Second Fix | Week 18 Update | EP.6 | Watch This 'Space' with Mitch & Tommy

In this video Mitch & Tommy provide an update at the week 18 stage.
The HMO conversion project has made good progress with the house almost fully plastered, paint on the walls and also some second fix carpentry.
The loft conversion is now complete and they are in the process of dropping the scaffold.
With about 8 weeks left of the project schedule, it should really start coming together now.
They also provide an update on their second HMO property conversion which is at the week 9 stage.

No going in the rear garden. The council doesn’t like bin stores to the front elevation
