  • Hello to both new and returning viewers!
This video has been a long time coming, and I put extra care into building the animations for this one, as I have lots of other fun Eragon content planned for the future. I hope you enjoy!
I've also posted a long progress report and channel update on my patreon (available to the public), which you can view by clicking this link: patreon.com/us...
The map's blender project files can be downloaded by my patrons, who also have access to sneak previews, patron polls, and behind the scenes content.

Spent literally the entire video waiting for your drink to spill. 10/10 would do again

I actually like Brisingr the most for it's ecclectic focus.
There was always this sort of intense curiosity emanating from the series like in Eldest when Eragon learns about ant biology, poetry, ethics and more besides combat preparation. In Brisingr we have dwarven and urgal politics, sword-forging issues, moral dilemma's with Sloan and the painless soldiers, Elva's curse or having to perform cosmetic surgery on a baby, some payoffs from earlier books and the best prose yet.

The prose definitely was a huge highlight for brisingr, and I definitely appreciated it more upon this most recent reread. As I was editing this vid, I am starting to think that C was maybe too harsh. There was some decent stuff in there for sure.

    Yes.

I thought the sword forging scene in Brisingr was awesome. It really shows how you can use magic to skirt the rules of magic. And then at the end he has a sick sword to show for it
Like you, this series really sparked my love for reading fantasy, and for that I will always love it

I loved everything about the sword forging scene! Possibly my favorite from that whole book, and there are a few other high points that I really appreciated as well. For me, it was a book with a few very high moments and many low moments - from a storytelling perspective.

Have you read Fractal Noise yet? I personally think it's Paolini's best work. The way he handled Alex makes me really, really excited for Murtagh

I will never forgive that damn she-elf. Broke my teenage heart 💔 and they should make a tv show version and make it proper!!! To the book and make it violent and not dull like The Witcher ended up like.
