I guess Philippines is not ready for a Brio hybrid or City Hybrid. It would be the most fuel efficient car in the market. But then people would complain if any of those cars costs more than 1m

City Hybrid is likely be priced at 1.3 to 1.4 Million Pesos that's why HCPI won't sell it in the Philippine market same goes for the HRV RS variant which is likely to be priced at 2 Million Pesos
Brio won't get a e:HEV version as it'll make it more expensive and bigger

That's just honda philippines being greedy and trying to keep up an image of being "premium" (even though the city is made for developing countries). If they were reasonable, the top of the line city's price right now would have been hybrids already.
