Thank you! Pour the soy milk immediately into the pot after boiling for 10 minutes. Don't wait for it cool to 85 degrees even though it is the recommended temperature on the coagulant package. Good luck!

我没有试过。不过滤的话应该也能够凝结,只是因为有很多豆渣不会是滑嫰的豆腐脑。过期的食品最好不要用。

is not to much gypsum for only 1500ml soy milk
It is for two batches of 1500ml so a total of 3000ml soy milk
This is the best ratio I found after many adjustments. I use it to make soy milk and tofu myself every single week😊

Total 3000ml. Use Blender twice
几近黄豆,多少量清水
两杯黄豆大约350克,1斤=500克, 所以 350克=0.7斤=7两,用杯子量是为了方便。量稍微多一点,少一点我都试过,同样成功. 清水大约3000 毫升
黄豆一定要去皮吗
不需要。只需将大豆冲洗干净并浸泡至少 8 小时,即可制作出最好的豆浆
