Hi Gary, huge tide Sunday evening and at St Brides, the water will come to the top of the rocks and possibly onto the grass where you stand. So, I suggest you fish what we call The Black Pipe...you can still park at St Brides but walk down the steps and then go right until you sea the Seawall, 10 to 15 minute walk, much higher rock formation and so no issue with water level. Or you can park at the end of Outfall Lane and the fishing is right in front of you (room for a few cars) There will be a strong current anywhere at Newport on Sunday and big weights definitely needed. A 2 hook flapper rig ( size 2/0's) and a 4/0 pulley pennel rig will be fine. Good luck 👍
