This exercise helped me to avoid neck pain first time in 9 years when it started. I did this exercise 1 time 3 days ago when I had terrible neck pain, in just 20 min I was able to avoid pain. I did exercise yesterday and today - just 2 times a day, each one 5 min, and at this moment I dont feel any pain. Just fantastic, thank you very much! I will start to explore more your videos, maybe i will find solution on back pain too)
The impact was immense for me, wow. I suffered a whiplash playing fieldhockey a few weeks ago and since had pain, tightness, fatigue etc and couldnt concentrate at all on any task, especially screen work. Doing only the first exercise in the morning for 1-2 times instantly made such a difference! Mobilizing didn´t help at all, but I now see that I have a neck stability issue instead. Eye fatigue also immensly reduced. Keep Up the great work, I hope I can become Z-Health certified someday! Greetings from Germany

Eric I have pinched nerve in the cervical spine c3 and 4 C5 and 6 and this seemed to help do have more exercises that pertains to this problem. Love your c arpal tunnel exercises they definitely are making improvement in my hands also corrective posture

I've had sore suboccipital muscles for a year. Causes dizziness, eye strain, focus problems. I get dizzy when I turn my head side to side. Hope these help.

There's really no limit as long as you are not having pain while doing it. Starting one time a day is probably a great starting point!
