Hi there I have both now , I primarily use the Mavic air 1 for closer shots and the Mavic air 2 for built up areas and distance but the air one is capable and brilliant for any job and that's my favourite if I'm honest
@@mrredMavicair I watched quite a few videos (Yours) and bought a crashed mavic air 1. Fixed it and was so impressed I bought another. I wish I lived somewhere North Yorkshire way because of the countryside. I'm near Manchester airport so it's a no fly zone. I'm going to try "Mellor" soon, it's on the Derbyshire border. Keep up the good work as your videos are great.
Hi 👋 . No 5.8 GHz gives a better signal in busy WiFi area's , I would say if you're going over 1000 feet out then use 2.4 but if there's a lot of house's or buildings around and you're in s crowded area then I've found 5.8 GHz is more steady . Also if you ever have a problem with a signal whilst flying IE it goes into a wobble of death then immediately put it in sports mode and that stops it . Fly off a bit then resume GPS mode . Hope this helps 👍
i went out earlier leigh and i was having the same problems with bringing the map up. i was pressing it like you was and it either didnt come up or it did like 5 seconds later

So 2.4 it is for range. Is this the same in the city?
