      In Tummo breathing, the "fire" refers to a visualization technique combined with deep breathing to generate inner warmth and energy, engaging the sympathetic nervous system. It’s about cultivating heat through focused awareness and controlled breath retention.
      In Kapalabhati, the "fire" is more physical, created by rapid abdominal movements that stimulate the digestive fire (Agni). It primarily engages the parasympathetic nervous system over time, helping with detoxification and energy balance.
      Both techniques are powerful but differ in focus-Tummo is more meditative and energy-based, while Kapalabhati is cleansing and activating. Hope this clarifies! 😊🔥 Blessings from The School of Breath Team
