This is such wonderful advice and I know I've been guilty of this in thinking that "Oh, I don't have enough time to work on my banjo lessons/playing today" and instead, don't play (and regret it). You're exactly right Jack! Depending on how I feel or what I've got going on depends on how long I play. The main thing (at least for me) is to pick my banjo up every day and play or practice something. YMMV
