    Glycinate is better absorbed than citrate and doesn't cause you to shit your pants. I take about 500 mg per day, along with getting a good amount from my diet.

      I respectfully disagree. Mag Citrate is the specific form that's prescribed for constipation.
      The best, clinically proven form for ATP support is Magnesium Malate, and it's far less likely to cause the bathroom situation.
      Furthermore, it doesn't cost any more than the citrate form.

      @@w1zxje I agree as an overall choice, but Malate is much better as a fitness supplement due to it's support of ATP production. Magnesium Malate doesn't tend to cause the laxative effects the others (like glycinate) do.
