    In India we observe “Ekadesi”, day of fasting once in a month. 25 Ekadesi days come every year

    I am trying OMAD from last 15days...it's felt great ..but when I do any gym workout it's feel very weak..can u please suggest for gyming person OMAD is good for muscle growth and stamina????

      Go for 2 meals in a day
      early lunch and early dinner forgot the word breakfast
      It will provide energy for your activities
