Thanks this video helped me fix my water heater at work and now it’s back to normal
Awesome
I was struggling with my system and the company that installed it was closed because it's Christmas weekend. You just saved us. Thanks a lot! All we needed was the reset.🙏🏻
Thanks Mikey Pipes for posting this service call video. I found it while searching for the 991 error code - the same error code my hot water micro boiler displayed. My boiler heats fluid for radiant floor heat and it quit working during the 65 mph Christmas snowstorm that roared through Western NY. Snow had accumulated on the air intake enough to cause the inadequate/incomplete combustion. The intake is 8 feet off the ground. I suspect it was the wind that drove the airborne snow to accumulate on the bird screen in the pipe. Your video with your call to Takagi showed me how to clear the error code and restore operation. Saying thanks doesn’t seem like enough for the help that information provided. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for being there for me
Such a stunning video
You are the reason, I am smiling today
Absolutely love both you and your Shares Many thanks
Great info, thank you. I was able to reset mine and seems to be working now. I cleaned filters too. Outside unit and mud dauber had built a nest that was clogging things up.
Great. It fix my problem thanks 🙏🏼
Wow……Arverne sure has changed from 40 years ago! Great view,

Omfg!! Amazing video You were fabulous thanks For Sharing
fantastic goals how lovely is this
On off operation with a flame loss coee is often the pressure switch chattering. The hot then cold etc on the in use fixture is also a point atctgat. Likely debris in blower motor. First thing to check if its fixture specific is the fixture itself, check that it does not have mineral build up that is making it low flow.. if its a bathroom group turn the tub on full hot. It should be firing. Where i live thewater is very mineral rich, showerheads have caused low flow conditions that many techs overlooked, super easy check. Truth is is usually the sediment trap, drain or the cage of the fan has debris. That burner however IS condensing. Not good at all. Open the exhaust ( depower the unit so it cant fire ) and try pouri g some vnnegar in, it may free up the internal sediment trap. If ghat doesnt work then you have to find and physically service the trap, being careful because theres a pressure switch attached to it, so no vaccumeing the unit.. these are a pita when they fail.
Thank you very much for sharing
Good Morning :) waiting for next one
Thanks 🙏
GOOD STUFF

3:04 I followed these instructions and fixed it.
So very Fabulous

perfected timing for a new video
How are You Dear Awesome Stuff
Mikey pipes doing Next adds “what’s next?”
Your Are so Sweet , Thanks a lot
Teaches me that even if St Mike call tech support on all these heaters than we should to, Shows how bad things have gotten, good old CI most parts are universal, issues are easy to spot and I almost never had to call support.
@@PipeDoctor I was ground floor when the Ultra's came out even worked with the local reps on them for other plumbers. How many times I would call technical support and the homeowner would say "don't you know what your doing, why do you need them". That and cell service sux in those New England cellars.
I just want to name this .."fabulous"
Wire nuts inside an aosmith? I've had multiple ati-540's on recirculation that throw that code.
It’s Groundhog Day with a different badge. More WHJ!
Another WHJ death!🤣
Thanks again for the videos!

This is great work, friend #Swag
So are they on stove water?
That control panel looks like the Ao smith
strong
Superlike
Landlord has to do something quick. Every renter should know their rights and state laws regarding rental properties. Some if not most landlords are scum buckets. The place i live in......took them 2 years to replace a window. It wasn't cracked or anything, it wouldn't hold itself up when slid open. I had some drywall falling down in my laundry room....the person they sent wasn't prepared to work properly. He asked my wife to use my ladder and some tools. She told him to get f**ked. Took them 2 weeks to come back. We document every phone call, email and how long it takes from call to work being performed. Only nice thing is, in 4 years they have not raised our rent at all. I pay the least in my building.
When did you get the Dachshund?
@@PipeDoctor
Resembles a long hair Dachshund.
Dazzling
👍
Geeze. Will the company send a new one for free? It sort of looked like a defective unit. I wonder how old it was.
Looked like a Navien inside LOL
That control panel looks like a AO smith
I’m pretty sure the ao smith units are manufactured by takagi
@@DW-bo3qw that would make sense they look almost identical
@@DW-bo3qw and A.O. Smith is made by State
OMG can it be a louvered door
Just a heads up… the rust may have been keeping the burner stuck, but there are also two screws in the back that you need to take out with a long screwdriver. You can see them at 10:32 in your video.
Rust or not… it’s hard to get the burner out. But it’s impossible if you don’t take out those two screws.
I stayed in an AIRBNB cabin two months ago in Georgia. It was unique and we only stayed one night during one leg of a road trip, so it worked out. But really it was a large shed converted into livable space. However it had some sort of a teeny tiny electric tankless water heater. It was so small it seemed like it's intention might have been for a kitchen sink. I'm not really sure but I could only get hot water from the shower for a minute or two. It was really weird and surprised that no one had ever mentioned that "quirk" in the reviews. Oh and the mini-split on the wall would only heat for short amounts of time as well, that was interesting as well, lol.
Very attractive
OMG
cute
Going to change the dogs name to "Tito"....???...;)

I’m getting “111” code. HELP
Another Navien renamed
Looks like Navien is becoming the Beyoncé of water heaters, always renaming itself!

Takagi's are trash. Im a water heater tech in so-cal and I alone get 2-3 rga# from takagi a day!!! 4 years or older always have a leaking heat exchange!
