    Are you struggling with wrist and thumb pain, especially when lifting or gripping objects?

      Great video. I added ulnar deviation to my golf grip setup and have played like this for almost 6weeks. I developed de Quervains in both wrists. Do you think the additional ulnar deviation would have aggravated or caused this injury? I have never had this issue before but have suffered from tennis elbow (yes from golf 😂) for more than two years. This additional injury is frustrating.
      Last question. Is it possible that having a much larger (almost tennis grip diameter) grip on the golf club (like Bryson Dechambeau does) would help prevent Injury in the forearms? In other words would a more open hand grip be less strenuous than a very closed hand?
