I started training planche too early and injured my forearms, still not recovered fully, even tho I thought it was and I did pretty hard planche training and it hurts again. Its frustrating as I cant train it at all
@@andrystrong1 Yea, I learned my lesson by I have to take rest. Whats interesting is that on p-bars its even worse, and i think its because i injured the muscle on the bac of forearm
@@mohmca99 exactly. I stopped training planche for over half a year now, but i recently started again as my forearms seemed fine, but its hurting again. I need to focus more on isolation exercises, as they dont hurt me, to strengthen my forearms, and on mobility
Nice video, waiting for your app! I have a question: how do you integrate 2 Planche workouts in your weekly training plan? Because when you train Push, you stress your shoulders and the frontal deltoids are important for planche training, but need to recover after a push workout and the same thing for the Pull workout because the scapula and biceps tendon get stressed, which are both being used a lot during planche exercises. So how to put 2 planche workouts besides 3 other Push and Pull workouts in one week so all muscles are fresh and recovered?
1 is true tbh if you guys do not have strength, you guys increase the risk of injuries. All of these guys mastered dips, pull-ups, muscle-ups, push ups (the basics).
Hi Andry! I want to ask you about pseudo plancge push up...As i am in a down position do i keep my scapula protracted or retreacted and start protracting as i am going back up?
first, regular push up position but protract your scapula. After this, you lean as far as you possibly can and measure it using the the distance from your foot to your hand. As you go down, it is fine to retract your scapula BUT you need to lean forward when doing this. As you go up again, you protract your scapula and lean backward.
guys DO STREATCHING PROPERLY , i injured myself to a shoulder and after 4 months i havent recovered yet
Yes. This is good advice. After every workout i recommend spend 10-15 minutes for stretching
When you say properly, did you injure yourself during stretching or workout?
yeah sorry i meant workout@@SyncSprint

You could consider also dividing your workouts into Straight Arm and Bent Arm strength-focused. Rather than exclusively Push/Pull.
My mistakes were no warm-up and overtraining.
A lot athletes make this mistakes
Wait for planch stretching video 🙏
My left forearm pains after doing tuck planche Or Handstand what to do?
Hello, andry strong👋

please help.. i can do 30 pullups, 10 second front lever hold and 50 pushup yet i cant hold tuck planche for 2 seconds, why??
must be technique if your basic strength is good, try filming yourself if you haven't already and watch your form
Where I can get his app?
Coach Andy can leg training affect or ruin plance progression? Because when i train leg it makes me heavier when i train planche.
Hi bro, you are strong AF can i ask whats your height and weight?

Андрій, у вас є який повний курс?
Andy can you progress in calisthenics without using weights
Yes.
what I think we need to learn 4:05
Great work maestro
💪💪💪💪💪💪👌👌👌👌🇱🇰
L was thinking that push ups are warm up 😂🤦♀️
How to learn that
Soon uou will able to sign in on my planche training system
Can u learn the planche by just leaning?
no
Are the bent arm planche help to learn planche?😳
For beginning yes
I have started practicing planche. My elbow hurts. Is this natural?
it's likely that your tendons are strained, spend some time focusing on flexibility and basic strength then come back to it
❣️💖❤️💝💓😇♥️💟💗
