Bro I m stuck at tuck planche from a long time I can't progress from there I can barely do a advanced tuck planche and I am doing some straddle attempts but I cant extend my legs I am doing it with bend legs what should I do
Can you tell what's you limiting factor? Does your elbow hurt?(lacking straight arm strength) or is your shoulder burning? You can increase your shoulders strength by doing pseudo planche push ups and some handstand push ups against the wall.
@@dariush8179 wall handstand push ups are very easy. I can strict press bodyweight overhead and my shoulders cant handle even a tuck planche. Maybe shoulders are more important when you actually lean forward but there is not much lean with tuck.

This exercise is not about strong shoulders. Its about the universe allowing you. I am 85 kg. Can military press it from chest without bend. Did planche leans very often for 2 years. I still cant hold tuck after few weeks. Legs supported tuck is actually hard for me.

Can you tell what's you limiting factor? Does your elbow hurt?(lacking straight arm strength) or is your shoulder burning? You can increase your shoulders strength by doing pseudo planche push ups and some handstand push ups against the wall.
