perlewitzaudio the CAI is kind of a pain in the ass to install. You need to take the headlight off among some other things. There are some good RUclips videos showing how to do it on here somewhere.
Thumbly Full catback. www.autohance.com/magnaflow-15759-cat-back-exhaust.html?gclid=CjwKCAjwyMfZBRAXEiwA-R3gM0JnW94Sdica_mPVIaSEJjG_G6XrpYnVe6ebOEt9G-QZ8lBHAnBm_BoCM30QAvD_BwE
@@swweride Well, I bought mine with 106k on it. Less than 5k after that a valve keeper broke and I had to buy a different engine. Valve dropped into the cylinder and scored and bent a bunch of shit. This car has honestly been a nightmare and my worst purchase ever. I know they're good cars in general. I just happened to get a bad one. After the replacement engine, which had nearly 40k more miles on than my car, it's been mostly trouble free aside from rust issues because Wisconsin sucks.
Hello, nice exhaust. Will this fit on Xr as well? Can it fit on both Xrs and Xr?
I have a 2003 Matrix XRS and am thinking about getting this exhaust system. Have you noticed any increase in horsepower/torque or response?
perlewitzaudio I also have an Injen CAI installed. I have dyno proven 20 HP and TQ increase at the wheels.
Cool, thank you!
Is the CIA an pretty easy install? Plug N Play?

Okay, thank you for the info!
So this is a full catback exhaust, or just the muffler that you changed?
Thumbly Full catback.

Thanks! Was the video taken right after the instal or a couple weeks after?
@@ShortGuac Sorry I didn't see your reply. No, the exhaust has been on for some time when the video was made. It's definitely broken in.
Hey looking at putting somthing like this on my 03, is there any bad drone noises when your crusing at like 3 to 4k?
3-4 is good. Once you're above that you can start hearing it more. It's not intolerable in my opinion.
@@musicfanatic2002 Okay sweet thanks for the help

Yes, I still drive it.
