  • This Video is, how I transformed from Skinny fat to Muscular & Gained Muscles without Gaining Fat in 3 Easy Steps. As Skinny Fat is a pretty confusing stage where one looks skinny in clothes but then without a T-shirt they appears to be Fat, as they have access fat on their chest, belly and sides. So, they get confused if we should Bulk or Cut ? And at one point of time, I was also in this position where I had the same Confusion and did some mistakes!
    So in this video I will help you with the correct approach from my training experience on How you can Build muscle & lose Fat at the same time.

    Hey Aadarsh what are your thoughts on HIIT workouts being good for skinny fat phase. I am a 179cm -73kg guy (2023) just like you i started working out and going to gym when I was around 60kg in the year 2020 from being skinny I saw progress very quickly in 2-3 months of continuous workouts i went to 71kgs and after that it’s been 3 years now 2023 i left the gym I still weigh 73 kg my face looks bigger and i wish I was again on my peak which was 67 kg for me.

    Taking 2.2gm per body wait is not a good idea because mostly people are just normal gym goers we are not a athelete to take this much protein for muscle building 1.7gm per body weight protein is good
