I was getting unexplainable chronic fatigue and most recently was having breathing issues. Realized all of these issues started around the time I became heavily addicted to caffeine. Quit caffeine, all forms including tea and pills, and the fatigue is gone and so is the chest tightness.

Coffee is DROWNING IN PESTICIDES, fungicides, synthetic fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides. More than ANY food crop.
Many coffee-growing countries still use pesticides banned in the US and Europe.
Like wine grapes covered in chemicals, growers
    DO NOT WASH THE BEANS
or the grapes for that matter.
They spray they shake the beans and grapes down and start processing.
Washing would cause molds and fungus and introduce other problems.

You should investigate glucose-rich foods, and nearly all vegetation source foods rich in sucrose, for the existence of a bacteria identical to a bacteria in the arteries of older people with hardening of the arteries. That bacteria excretes a substance known as cholesterol, a sticky solid substance that helps that bacteria colonize and thrive as it metabolizes glucose in your blood serum in older individuals with reduced or comprised immune systems. Young people have much more active immune systems that fight off that bacteria effectively, but as you age your immune system weakens and your immunity is lost to several things like the bacteria found in rich vegetation sources of glucose even after pasturisation as spores that hatch and replenish your infection with them. Once that bacteria is isolated, our pharmaceutical companies can start developing antibiotics for killing that bacteria and extending life for tens of years. And it isn't that so hard to isolate. The discarded piece of artery removed during a by-pass operation can be cultured in a glucose rich environment for a spectrum of bacteria and matched to sugar cane bacteria, or several days old pasturised and hydrated sugar. The matching bacteria can be linked to several forms of heart disease including heart attacks and valvular heart disease.
Until a cure is found there is a food source of glucose that I think, and hope these days, is safe to eat and is not likely to support growth of and propagation of most all forms of bacteria. It is RAW HONEY and highly resistant to rotting for thousands of years, WITHOUT any preservative measures. It substitutes for sugar nicely and I personally use it myself in cooking and sweetening my foods without any problems.
By the way, tooth decay is thought by some to be caused by acids excreted by strains of bacteria found in sugar cane: and also, congestive heart failure in dogs is thought to be caused by dental-tarter-linked bacteria from food sources such as dog foods containing sugar.
One more point to make is that the honey bee ingests nectar from flowering vegetation, and that nectar contains sucrose. As the bee returns to it's hive it regurgitates it's stomach as the honey I write about here, and probably that honey contains stomach-acids like our own. And maybe those acids are why raw honey lasts as long as it does without preservatives, and also that's my reason for speculating that raw honey is safe to eat and maybe free of these very harmful strains of bacteria and spores of those bacteria.

No coffee for the day its between 78-88bpm which is still a tad mediocre due to a bit of extra weight and not enough exerciser, but I now have clear evidence for myself Caffeine is facking terrible.

Salt doesn’t necessarily raise blood pressure in all people. And adding salt to your diet is really healthy. Especially Pink Himalayan Salt, Rock Salt. Also a small touch of table salt because it contains iodine which is a mineral found in salt or certain foods that help with thyroid regulation. You will usually find that people who are told not to add salt to their diet are usually in poor health because they’ve eaten a lot of sugary starchy foods and caused them to be overweight or diabetic or at risk of cardiac issues. But usually even people suffering with hypertension are still able to add salt to their diet, it actually helps hypertension in some cases. I would not restrict salt from a diet at all. Caffeine however I would limit or even cut out for a couple of weeks. Being dependent on something to get you through the day or something you can’t go a day without is a problem that needs to be controlled.

You should not ask if they are adding salt to their food, but how often do they eat out, and do they cook most meals from "scratch"? If they are eating prepared foods either from a restaurant or grocery store, they are getting high amounts of sodium. If they make most foods from plain ingredients, then adding salt at the table is just fine!! Fast food, and premade foods including breads are high in sodium. READ labels.

I allow myself to enjoy caffeine once per week. I don't become reliant on it, it kicks hard every time, and I don't have to use much to get an effect. But best of all, I don't have to completely cut it out of my life. I have 1/7th the side effects, but it's likely not linear, rather exponentially lower, could be 1/100th the side effects of daily use perhaps.

(being on strong coffee and dehydrated used to make me unreasonably impatient and angry) 5. think about the reasons why u abuse caffeine and take a step to attacking that reason.. like for me i was abusing it partially because all work was boring to me (college and jobs) then i graduated and i got a job that isnt as repetitive/tedious and even tho my job has still been irritating from time to time- it doesnt make me feel like i need coffee to do it
