Thank you Dr Mandel , I am getting an education on how to take care of my body with all your videos, and the most absolutely thing is that you are doing it for free and you are not trying to sell us anything. Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate your dedication to helping people with your knowledge. Thank you so much. God bless you.

    "Get to know your body"
I think this is the best advice. Knowing your body and how it reacts to different foods and drinks is half the battle won.
    Thank you.

Dr. Mandell you stated the main key word, education,, Hosea 4:6 states My people{meaning us all, His creation] my people shall die by the lack of knowledge, now I paraphrased this,, we today, either don't pay attention or just plain ignore the knowledge, it is an epidemic of massive porportions!! I have learned so much just by watching and listening, I know you have to,, thank you and keep up your good works, God can not use us whan we are dead. My wife passed away Jan, my dad passed away a month later, from what? a long history of bad eating habits. I listened to my body and many good doctors on here,, thank you again. but education is needed, too many people don't seem to wake up to the resources that are free, like utube, they listen to other uneducated ones and its terrible,, birds of a feather flock, and fall in ignorance..

Moderation without wisdom and imbibing in “everything” is health and financial destruction. How about research what your body needs and go from there?? Moderation in man made sweets that your body can’t identify? Moderation in foods that add weight or destroy the circulatory system or moderation with foods that give you leaky gut? Moderation in unprotected sex and moderation with smoking. What is moderation 1, 2 or three packs a day? Coffee certainly doesn't have the same effect on everyone. I was avoiding it for a long time because I had chronic anxiety and insomnia and was following the most commonly given medical advice. Started drinking it again just recently because I had to get through a particularly tough workday and nothing else worked. Just one cup of regular, French press coffee in the morning and I calmed down immediately. Been drinking it for a week now, my anxiety is almost gone and I'm sleeping again. Not saying this can work for everyone, but wow.

same here...but also it can work for a while and then it can start giving you anxiety issues...It also depends on how much stress you get from your everyday life. for now I have stopped drinking it again because I started getting anxiety and high blood pressure. uhhh but its so hard to stay away from it.....

My Ex Girlfriend in College: One night she took a Caffeine pills to stay up to study for a test...
She fell asleep, out cold within 10 minutes or less. We were in the middle of a conversation at her desk..
And she just played her head down on the desk and fell asleep... 🤣🤣
She took another one the next night and she was out cold again...
She then told me coffee does the same thing to her... 🐹
She was so so so calm and relaxed...

@@MikeKollin the possible reason for this is that she was so tired already, she had to continually amp herself up to stay awake. Once the stimulant began working, her body and brain were able to relax and she passed out. The same thing happens to me.
Some doctors believe that's the reason Ritalin works on kids with ADD. They're so sleepy they have to always be moving or they'll fall asleep. Introduce a stimulant and they're finally able to relax without falling asleep.

Drinking coffee first thing in the morning is a “ritual” to start a great day- mentally emotionally and physically. I set my alarm 30 min early so I can have my first cup while still in bed - slowly cradle the cup and smell it while it cools down, the cup feels good in my hand with the warmth, then I slowly enjoy each sip. After the cup, I start my day. I live like a queen😂

I believe these pesticides in the air and landing also in neighborhood yards and floating in widows etc... is one of the the causes of people getting Parkinson's . cancers, etc... It seems we are treated with "medicines" (poisons) that give us additional health issues.

Be very careful... I had been drinking it, everyday 3 to 4 cups a days, for 33 years... I was scared to play this video, because at 66 ,coffee is one of the few things I have left. Most of the items in the store I can’t eat or drink anymore. The menu is getting smaller but what’s left on the menu is all the stuff that keeps us healthy 🎉 Thank you doctor 😅

I like your videos. I’m a coffee drinker, black and about 2 cups per day for many years. The vast majority of what you say, I believe is correct.
Your video confirms most of what I have read up over the years, and in many cases my experiences also confirm. I believe the brewing method,
extent of roasting , and quality of the beans, affects strength of the drink. I prefer a milder drink, from a medium roast and good quality bean.
using drip or pour over method of brewing. 8oz cup size preferred. 6oz up to 12oz sizes are also popular. Espresso coffee is a bit strong for me.
I can actually drink coffee and sleep well after.

Totally agree on knowing your body. Tells me exactly what I need daily. I can't eat, nor want to eat processed crap they call "food". I can immediately taste the chemicals & body repels it.
Look at so many unhealthy in America & what they put in cart. They say they can't eat "healthy" being "poor". That's BS and excuse to be lazy as they sit on couch with fast food, potato chips & twinkies, then run to doc to swallow poison pills and cant understand why they're so "unhealthy".
Food manufacturers & pharma in bed together to ensure unhealthy society as they profit off stupidity in this country. No irony we spend most on "healthcare" and have unhealthiest society in the world.

I used to drink a LOT of coffee. Multiple pots a day. With all sorts of flavored creams. Frappuccino if others were having soda pop. I pretty much lived on coffee.
Now, I limit myself to just 2 mugs a day, in the morning. I still love cream, but use only real cream. No sugar or flavored creamers. I tried to go decaffeinated, but I much prefer the higher octane version. I now drink instant coffee, as it is easier for me to regulate by the cup, rather than smell the lovely aroma and drink the whole pot.

One thing I noticed since drinking coffee for the past 6 months is how much it's aged my skin. Not as much as alcohol does (which I generally avoid) but the wrinkles got a lot worse. Since giving up I'm much calmer and sleep better, generally, and my skin has already started to improve.

    • @masterpiece4660

Charlie, as the Dr. mentioned the coffee makes you dehydrated, when the body is dehydrated the skin ages. So yes it is true, coffee can cause wrinkles if your not keeping up with the water and electrolyte intake.

Coffee is diuretic. It is important to remember to replenish the fluid leached out by the coffee. But then again, that drinking and constantly flushing out impurities, and excess blood sugar from the blood stream is one of the most beneficial things drinking coffee does for you. And it is delicious. I take black coffee, 20 oz., with some cream once a day for most of the week. Double during weekend mornings.
