Is the rear piston a screw in type?

Great work! However I don't understand why you have to apply anti-seize on the wheel hub. The problem is that even an obstacle with the size of a human hair could cause the rotor to not fit flat on the hub and cause vibrations. After cleaning the rust from the hub you could use a drop of oil instead. I like your videos!

Are you just putting the Jackstand under the pin heels behind the lift point?

Great work my friend. Those rear springs look quite stout on the 4-Motion. I ordered heavy duty replacement springs for my B5, made by Lesjöfors and they are slightly thinner than the factory when measured with my Mitutoyo calipers.
Your rear rotors are larger than on my FWD Passat, but the calipers look the same.
Have you ever dropped the fuel tank on that? I need to find replacement fuel lines for mine as the fittings have rusted out, AND there are several different diameters of hose. 7.5mm ID, 11mm ID, 14mm ID and what looks like 21mm.
Very hard to find fuel-rated hoses of all the different diameters and VW doesn’t offer factory hoses anymore!

Thank you! Yea, the rear springs on the 4motion is designed to manage the extra weight of the rear differential and such. Nah, I've never drop the fuel tank on the B5, you might have to make some custom fuel lines and fittings.
