THIS LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOD. SOMETHING DIFFERENT. PLEASE SIMPLY BLOCK IGNORANT PEOPLE ON ANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS ON YOUR VIDEOS AND THINK NO MORE ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE ON YOU TUBE, SEEM TO LOVE THE DRAMA INVOLVED. THEY ARE NORMALLY VERY SAD PEOPLE AND HAVE NO TALENT OF THEIR OWN. YOU DO EASY, GREAT RECIPES AND WE APPRECIATE THEM. 😊

Is it any wonder why you are my favourite You Tube subscription. Every recipe you show, is something I would love to eat. I am so glad you left the eggs whole, as some people like to scramble them.

I've got a pie in the oven. This time I used a 500 gram bag of chicken meat that I bought from Aldi. It's ready for eating chicken. In a 9" pie dish. I got the whole 500 grams in and 11 eggs. I forgot the egg wash. Oh! well, it will turn out okay. 👍😀🤣😄

I don't usually use onion in a bacon and egg pie but I will the next time. Sometimes I use half whole eggs and half beaten egg. I'm getting hungry now.

My mum (and me now) make Egg and Bacon Pie. Chop the Bacon up and cook it. Next put it in the uncooked pastry bottom. Get one egg and put it in a mug then top up with milk to the top of the mug. Add salt and pepper and beat together. Poor your egg mix over the cooked Bacon then put the pastry lid on. Egg wash the top or brush with milk. Cook for about 30 minutes on 180°c (UK) and enjoy! You could pre-cook your pastry bottom first. We use short crust pastry but puff would be really nice too :)

Hey David, good recipe... just a tip, if you brush the egg white over the rim of the bowl (on the pastry) before you put the lid on that will help the pastry stick together too :)

Yes! thank you for the cheese tip, I can say I have made bacon and eggs pie's and failed because the bottom has been doughy, I will have to bake the first layer, before adding all filling. To save a lot of baking must try adding cheese first.

Nice vid, have you tried using milk to brush the top instead of egg? That's what my mum uses and I used on my pasties - I think it makes an even better golden colour and flavour ;)

4 rashers, which is 4 long pieces of bacon. Not Canadian bacon. Bacon 🥓 is from the fat around the stomach.

You seem like a super nice guy but I have noticed in many of your videos your thumbnail picture is not the same as your recipe . You use another persons photo and then after you have finished your cooking your product looks nothing like the picture we clicked on. This is not very honest. Please stop doing it. As I say I am sure you are a nice guy but you are being deceptive.
