- My Slow Cooker Pork Ribs are tender, juicy and bursting with flavour! Best of all, you can use my easy Honey Soy and Garlic marinade or your favourite sauce. Literally only a couple of minutes work, then let the slow cooker pot do what it does - it’s really that easy- give it a go!
INGREDIENTS:
1kg of Pork Ribs (trimmed)
Salt and Pepper
Smoked Paprika
1 Cup of Honey
1/2 Cup of Soy Sauce
2-3 Cloves of Finely Chopped or Minced Garlic

This the only way I cook ribs. They are always tender this way. I usually finish them in the oven by laying them uncut on a baking sheet the adding my favorite barbeque sauce for appx 15 minutes until the sauce is gooey. Just add some potato salad, baked beans and some grilled Texas toast. YUM! 🍽

My mom passed away in 2012, and I am trying to learn to cook some things so my aunt, my dad and I don't eat out all the time. I have to tell you, this is our favorite meal that I have fixed us so far. So good, and so simple, even I can make it and it's delicious. Thank you and thanks to RUclips for this and all other dishes I have yet to learn to cook in my crock pot and even some other things in the oven.

David, howdy! Glad to see the new stuff. You were missed. As an American, I cried when you put those ribs in a slow cooker. As a fan, I enjoyed them when I sneaked into the kitchen and tried it.
Made these this evening, so tasty. My ribs were already separated rather than in a rack so they sat in the honey and soy which worked really well, just mixed them all up now and then. Thanks for sharing this amazing recipe.
