Hey I have a quick question for you or anybody else that may know the answer I tried hacking my switch not too long ago so I can start doing the whole Homebrew thing on it and long story short I found out that not every switch system is able to be hacked as of right now or the last time I checked I should say I was wondering has it been any updates with that because unfortunately mine was one of the ones that as of right now could it be hacked at least as far as I knew keep in mind I have not checked for a couple months but I miss wondering if anybody heard any news in regards to that
No not right now it's currently has all the original software and everything on her right now I bought the kids offline I did attempt to hack it before in the past and regardless of what I did it wouldn't take anything I got it into the mode where you can have the files and all that stuff with the blank screen and still it would not let me copy anything because I guess I just happen to have the model that has that moment wasn't hackable I guess they said in the video that I saw at that point I guess about half the more and half weren't. So I was basically waiting on that before I gave it another go.

I don't know if you're hurting any of that or that makes sense to you or anybody else for that matter but that's basically as far as I got when I tried doing it the last time maybe I watched a bad video possibly I don't know but either way I'm stuck in the entire process

Hi sthetix great video simple to follow, my switch is on 13.2.1AMS and 1.3.1S and i want to update to latest atmosphere and 14.1.2 firmware, my questions are do i need only to follow your video and download your pack to update or do i need something else? and does this process to update delete all stuff in my sd card so that i need an empty sd card? and once i am done with updating can i replace the sd card i used for updating only with my old sd card with all my games and stuff? Thanks this is my first time updating i want to make sure everything is clear
the principle is, update the hats pack first, then update using daybreak. as long as you dont delete the Nintendo folder or the Emummc folder, everything will be intact.

Hi is this right in updating latest atmosphere 1.5.2, Hekate 6.0.3 and firmware 16.0.2 first you need to update the latest HATS or new update files before update atmosphere, hetake and firmware 16.0.2?
don't think about the fuses. the developer or even others just scare you with that issue. you must burn the fuse to sync the firmware with the fuse number. and ofw will do that automatically. no reason to downgrade
My brother and I use only CFW as EmuNAND and we left the SysNAND as pure stock without AMS to play online. How do we update the STOCK firmware on SysNAND? Just run the regular Nintendo Update? What about the eFuse? Can we retain the eFuse (both still @ HOS 15) or do we have to let the eFuse burn to keep STOCK firmware with EmuNAND? I also see that AMS 1.5.1 doesn't 'fully' support HOS 16 so we would like to stay at HOS 15 for EmuNAND but update to HOS 16 on SysNAND...
hello, I updated my switch to the latest firmware and I also updated everything else with the hats pack. Everything works as it should be, but I dont see the stock sysnand on hekate anymore, I can only see the cfw sysnand and the cfw emummc ones. Is that something I should be worried about, or is it fine since I never go on the stock sysnand.

Yes the base is always hekate. Try to launch sysnand, and update to 14.1.2 using Daybreak.. Back to hekate, disable autorcm, turn it off then turn on the console

offline means not connected to the internet, so you are actually self-banning yourself, right? Logically, how your console could get banned offline? right?

ur switch is patched and u need a modchip to hack it

you dont need to backup anything, this guide wont damage your console

Could updating sysmmc online via nintendo risk damaging the emmc? I heard this from someone else but it doesn't sound true.
it is better to update both worlds with daybreak to avoid getting issue with the chip

update sysnand using daybreak is the same as updating the OFW
