see i had to use ai, appreantly you go into your usb and make 2 folders. one folder you name PS3 and inside, you make anothe folder and call it UPDATE. inside of your UPDATE folder, place your hen in there. your welcome

October 14 2024 update you have to boot your console into SAFE MODE to get the PS3 to read the update file on your USB STICK
How did you do it? Mine is not working pls help
Macs have a built in command line MD5 tool. Open terminal and type md5 and then drag and drop your file. Hit enter and it will calculate the hash.

initialization failed , i reloaded everything , made the home page blank add did everything the same and i tried 5 times and it fails everytime
Change the file name of pup to PS3UPDAT it’s the only way it works

Click Multiman 04.85.01 then a drop down menu will pop up. install multimen unofficial 4.85 HEN

You connect to the internet but make sure you not logged in to psn
