What if my status says Suppresed, no reference price?
not sure what Amazon engineers are thinking about minimum price setup with not allowing the decimals. Will the customers see the minimum price on the shopping page or just exact % discounted pricing? It is concerning that I have to setup minimum price less than the actual discounted pricing.. feels like I have to lose more than what I set.
Absolutely correct. Shows Amazon engineers (or the product managers) don't understand sellers' needs. And these bad choices lead to real losses for sellers.
How long does it take to reflect the deal on my product? It just said scheduled for me.
Not sure. You should really set this up before Prime Day starts, not the first day of Prime Day.
I have the exact same pricing and discount scheduled as your first SKU in the video but I received an email stating it was suppressed due to the Prime Price being lower than the Minimum listing price? Do you know where I can fix this?
If you were running another discount within the last 30 days, it may lead to a conflict even if you have since reset the listed price back to MSRP. To fix the problem, try lowering the minimum price (if you can).
@@LeanMedia I've only had coupons available at this point. No actual lowering of the price. Could that cause the same problem?
@@kevinwilliams5595 Yes it could, if the coupons for the ASIN were active in the last 30 days. It could also be something else. Contact seller support as needed.
I have a product 19.99 discount 20% 15.99 (put as a whole 16) but showing as suppressed no reference point? can you help?
Having same error
It's possible recent price changes are affecting the minimum required. Try changing the minimum to $15.
@@LeanMedia My standard Price and MSRP is 19.99 and if i have a sale price on 15.99, it shows as 15.99 compared to 19.99 with 20%
Can a Prime Customer Avail Prime Exclusive Discount & Coupon on the same single Purchase?
Yes they can. Which is why sellers should be extra careful when setting up Prime discounts. Many have been burned after forgetting there is a coupon running concurrently, leading to 75%+ discounts, lost money, and stock immediately selling out

@@MohammadSaad_Real Depends on what others are doing. Many buyers won't pay attention to anything less than 20-30%.
This is the most confusing page i ever seen.
Yes, it's ridiculous. Rickety Amazon tech designed by engineers with little understanding of sellers or their UI expectations.
