If you still don’t get how he did it, you might want to do more digging on how to monetize Pinterest.
I’ll give you three ways rn just to give you an idea. Affiliate links, blogging which will help you build an email list if you offer a free guide or if you sell a digital product.
Pinterest is used as a traffic source. Just like you see how people are promoting digital products on TikTok? It’s like that but Pinterest and a different strategy since Pinterest is an SEO platform like Google.

I wouldn’t use any tags or keywords that are below 50%-60% red bars on that pen click site. You’ll be wasting time with those as people are long searching with those keywords as much as the other ones.
I’m sure the 100th+ keywords don’t really have a lot of traffic.

Great question and the answer is that it depends. Informational posts are hard to have multiple pins point to one URL whereas design pins are easy (as demonstrated in the video)

Thanks to your amazing revenue strategies the app is nearly dead for creative specials who went to Pinterest for inspirations and references. Most of the feed is the poor AI goop. Hope bots and AI can still generate you money since I don't see any actual human being using the app in the forseeable future with its current quality of content.

I think a lot of people are concerned with that, especially those who have been successful on Pinterest pre-AI, and the answer is "I don't know" but I'm here to push the boundary as far as I can to see where the line is. I want to know viable strategies and I'm okay with being the guinea pig.

I think you might need to build a blogging website in order for you to have an article url to attached on your pinterest pins. On the website you must have some kind of monetisation like add or products to sell for the commission. That's how you make money from my understanding.

I'm confused with your Pinterest strategy for Bonsai Mary. I see lots of pins. Most about decor which is not a category in the main menu of the website. The most recent pins also don't have a link. But the ones that do click through the website but I don't see any affiliate links (the beautiful images aren't hyperlinked) and I don't see ads on the site. I'm new to Pinterest so I'm a little lost. I don't even know what a pin is yet. I have an Etsy shop, so I'm looking to use Pinterest for selling products. I'm definitely interested.
Etsy is perfect. If you can get people on Pinterest to look at your pins, then you can get people to click the link in your pins to redirect them anywhere (in your case Etsy) where we can assume a certain percentage of people may be interested in your product.
The only thing I can say is build pins in your niche not based on what’s trending else it will be hard to monetize. But yea initially horizontalize content strategy and go broad.

Your approach is definitely unique and I admit that I got some value from this video. However, I don't see how creating AI interior design images brings any value to Pinterest users. Firstly, the bed frame looks nothing like real beds. There are no real-world products that users could look up and potentially even purchase (that's why we go to Pinterest, right?). And secondly, I doubt that Pinterest is OKAY with this type of mass-produced AI content. You did mention in the video that you haven't been barred yet but I'm pretty sure that the platform is going to do something to discourage users from sharing this mass-produced content in the near future because, at the end of the day, it's not something users go to Pinterest for.

Ok, this is a very short treatise on how to get started on Pinterest. And you haven't mentioned how to make money from it yet. Your video is probably intended to motivate and that's ok. But there is still a lot to consider. For example, Pinterest doesn't like it at all when all pins have the same URL. The algorithm will punish you.

And that's Pinterest SEO and creating pins that get clicks and rank. I don't want to be responsible for charging people to teach how to do something on Pinterest that could get them banned and lose a lot of money. Too much liability there. I hope you understand :)

You can get ad revenue if you have display ads, sell a product/service if you have either of those, or affiliate links - those are the typical monetization methods for this Pinterest tactic.

You can do it yourself. It’s not hard. You can definitely do it. I’d encourage you to consider a Wordpress website. Use a free theme from Astra or Cadence. Get some affordable hosting. Good to go. It would cost only the hosting cost and the annual registrar for the domain.

Yep, you need a website. I do this strategy with my blog and Pinterest too. My blog is about gar and self sufficiency. I get tons of views from Pinterest to my blog with my ad network.

Wow, I literally posted 3 pins in 1 week and Pinterest hit my account & deactivated it stating SPAM. I appealed and got it back, but I seriously don't know how you and the other commenter's here are able to pin so many. I wish I could pin more without fear of my acct being deactivated again.

@@jessecunninghamv I am not sure, it took me by surprise because I am pinning my personal products that I have created and posted 1 pin at a time every couple of days over a span of 7 days.
That was why I appealed and told them I was unsure how my pin volume could be considered spam for 3 pins in 7 days. I also was interacting with other creators that I don't know and was saving their pins to my boards. I am here on YT trying to find some answers.

What category was your business account made under that could be the reason if it wasn’t in creator, influencer… they could have got you for that
